I’m sorry to say but very disappointed. We stayed two nights felt like a ghost hotel Our phone in room didn’t Work so therefore couldn’t call front desk for more towels. Room was never cleaned we left very early in morning and came back late so had plenty of time to clean room ..no one ever present at front desk.

Location Rooms smelled bad. Room originally assigned to smelled awful- like mildew. Asked for another room which also smelled bad, but it was late and we just kept fan running. Also the floor was absolutely filthy!

Ran out of eggs and sausages had to ask to get refilled

The grounds were nice but the rooms and hallways need updating. Our fridge in the room didn’t work and used soap was left in the bathroom from previous people

Staff was helpful The bandaid in the pool and dirt around the pool Not getting extra blankets requested until very late in the evening Misunderstanding with time of breakfast ending so we missed it

I stayed here several times when it was a Comfort Suites. This time the property was a bit run down. The room had an odor. The sheets and towels were dingy. The towels were threadbare and small. But the thing that caused me to give the bad review was the milk on the breakfast bar: it was room temperature and spoiled. In fact, it was probably spoiled the day before. I asked one of the employees if it could be fixed, and he looked at me and said: “I just got here.” No one cares (the biggest problem), and I won’t be back.

Shit on the toilet Seriously!!!

the staff was rude , the breakfast was bad, cold coffee under cook eggs/meat. th lock on the door was broke, the toilet seat was broke and loose. the staff was very rude, would not give any paperwork at check out. this is a place I would not recommend to anyone. the staff was the worst part... then the so called breakfast was terrible. we had to go look for someone to get anything to eat . the breakfast counter was a mess, just terrible. the so called couch in the room was falling apart. it was bad and the staff did nothing to fix any of these problems.

Do not ever stay at this ,so called, hotel.

Room was not clean whole in the bathroom door and hair and dirt marks all threw the shower it was unacceptable wish I could get my money back had to check out at 5 am due to the nasty pull out bed and what not

Sheets/bathroom was dirty, hallway had a very strong weed smell & there was a cluster with payment. Breakfast could've been better too

The staff was extremely kind and helpful but the rooms were not clean.

The staff were incredible I would recommend that the cleaning staff clean between the beds bc when u drop something you find the hair from previous people and previous peoples garbage between the beds and behind furniture they are not cleaning. Also I would recommend cleaning with a toilet bowl brush due to there being black around the tops of every toilet bowl

everything was adequate loud air conditioner noise after 10pm

there it was a lot of noise on the room I wasn’t able to sleep at all
