Staybridge Suites Chicago - Glenview by IHG

Bathroom in desperate need of remodeling. Tub leaked, coating was peeling off of the floor of the tub. No maid service. Waited for 2 days, no new towels and no one showed up until I asked another room attendant if she had my room. She did not, then an hour later at 5:00 a maintenance man showed up and asked if I wanted my room cleaned. I had already obtained clean towels and declined his offer since I was leaving very early the next morning.

Breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the social gathering on Monday. I wish it was on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and very nice.

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The location was also very convenient and made getting around easy. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. We’d definitely stay here again.

The check in person was not very helpful. The check out person is who informed us about the fee.

Our hotel room was very clean. There was Wi-Fi available and free parking, which is always a plus. The room came with a full refrigerator and a kitchenette area. There was cooked breakfast every morning along with hot coffee, fresh fruit, pastries, and more. Breakfast was a plus, very impressed and we’ll return. I will definitely recommend staying here.

Plenty of parking. Spacious room. Clean bathroom. Comfort bed. Good breakfast.

Clean and no bad smells. Breakfast good. Especially the nice man working there. He smile made my day. Front desk also very nice.

It was exactly what we needed. Location was great for our family events and the rooms were plenty big. We could have used more full size bath towels and more hangers but both were eventually delivered to the room. I will stay there again.

Great accomodations and helpful staff

Location and price were good. Exercise equipment didn't work. rooms needed repairs and updating. Shower area just okay

- very clean - very close to the restaurants - that it comes with kitchen with 2 stoves, full size fridge, microwave, kitchen essentials and dishes - good size closets - very comfortable bed - more than adequate breakfast options - nothing that stands out

This hotel is really close to the train station, which can take you to downtown Chicago. We chose to stay here to save expenses and also avoid finding parking. The staffs are really warm and welcoming, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful.
