The bathroom was dirty. The carpet was not clean. The staff was not friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The food was okay, although it could have been better. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying there again. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my three-day stay at the Holiday Inn. When I first arrived, my room assignment was incorrect, and I had to be moved to another room. The first room I was given had several problems. The telephone was not working, and the TV was also not working properly. In addition, the toilet became clogged and had to be addressed. Another major concern was the housekeeping service. During my entire three-day stay, no one came to clean my room or empty the trash. I expected basic housekeeping service during my stay, so this was very disappointing. Overall, while the hotel had some positive qualities, these issues significantly affected my experience.

The staff is top notch. They definitely make this hotel what it is. Every single one of the staff members that I came in contact were friendly and helpful. Even the shuttle drivers (we had 2, one going and one coming back) were amazing. They were friendly and happy and had a van full of drunk woman and were still smiling. Bravo Bravo Bravo!!!! 👏🙌 I would absolutely stay again.

Location was great for our purposes. Water pressure was excellent. Beds were comfortable Curtains in the room didn’t close. , there were burn marks on the floor, breakfast was appallingly bad.

My stay did not include breakfast. The bathroom was completely filthy. The tub has stains in tub..good thing my friends and I had taken a shower right before we left our state to get there l. Good thing we were only staying for one night so we didn’t have to use the shower. The outlet was completely broken and when I told the girl at the front desk about it, she didn’t even ask which plug. She didn’t care at all.

Location and shuttle service Freezer needed to be unthaw and there was hair inside the freezer fridge.

Our stay was short but sweet. The only issue we had was that someone was in our room when they assigned it to us. Not always their fault but that wasn't really professional and then when we checked out they rushed us out of there. Everything else was perfect!

This hotel was musty, we walked in and the beds were Damp, and the bathroom was gross.

The bathroom floor was extremely slippery, we almost fell multiple times. There was also a pair of underwear hanging on the bathroom door that did not belong to us. Everything in the room was damp.

None of the ice machines work. Had to go into a bar each time I wanted ice.

Staff very very unfriendly housekeeping were very friendly and nice. No ice all machines broken and staff couldn't even tell me upon arrival ugh I'll never stay here again!!!

Nothing Not bright and cheery; more like dark and dreary. Definitely dated and need of fresh paint and new colors scheme and decor …landscaping maintenance needed desperately , lighting in the parking lot needed, rooms were drab and stale , me eye appeal whatsoever

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were all very kind and accommodating. The pool was clean and well kept. We arrived and our room AC was broken, but the staff found us another working room. When we arrived to that room the tub was not clean and had hairs in it. The bathroom was dirty and the room had a slight funky musty smell.

Showed up on a Saturday to no parking spots because there was a wedding. Hotel appeared very over priced for the conditions/amenities. Very outdated and minimal services.

The restaurant is really a local hangout with loud music not a place to bring your kids too. Pool area did not have towels. Not my favorite stay at a hotel.

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is a bit outdated/in need of some work. The staff were very friendly and nice. Staff were great with my children. I will say I was very disappointed that we didn’t get a cookie at check or free breakfast like noted on the hotels summary. My kids were looking forward to breakfast at the hotel and the restaurant was unexpectedly closed for two mornings and staff did not know why.

We had to wait for a room to be readied at 10:30pm. The beds were old and hard and the bathroom was tiny, with a faulty shower head and rusty parts around sink and door. Plus, we were told there was a house made breakfast but it was awful for $15 a piece.
