Not a bad layout and the location was nice. Overpriced. Hotel grounds were clean, paint on the walls in the room was peeling, light outside blinking all day and night, pillows were hard as a rock, bathroom was musty. People working there were nice. Breakfast was not free and not worth $15

Very nice, very clean, comfortable hotel, we’ll definitely be back. We stay in Kansas City quite a bit and have never tried this Hilton before. We found a new favorite.

Even after reporting it, the exposed metal continued causing problems throughout the trip. My daughter caught her pants on it multiple times, and my formal dress also snagged on it. Thankfully neither ripped, but only because we became extremely cautious around the bed. What was most frustrating was not just the damaged clothing, but that the issue was never fixed, there was no apology, and no offer of compensation for the ruined jeans despite it being a safety hazard.
