Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago - Oak Forest by IHG

Clean room and lobby, friendly staff Wish the breakfast started a little earlier but it is good, fresh, with a good amount of choices.

You get what you expect when you stay at a Holiday inn and it's very great and wonderful. It's always super clean and the staff is always very accommodating and wonderful when you have any issues or any questions. Being that it's a newer Holiday inn Express everything is extremely updated. The TV being a Samsung and has a connection to Wi-Fi Netflix and everything along with basic cable channels and HBO. Some rooms are different from the others even if you book them at the same room type. For example I stayed at this hotel approximately a month ago and the room that I got which was the same room style was with a microwave and had a coffee maker when I got to this room it only had a microwave no coffee maker the ice bucket was in a weird spot but that's the least of the complaining everything else was great.

The breakfast sucked. They only offered potatoes and sausage. No eggs, nothing. It sucked.

Everything we great. Only thing was our bedding had some spots.

They room is filthy, beds smell, they dont clean our room. I don't recommended this hotel. Is not worth it. TERRIBLE

Room was clean and comfortable. Came in town for a concert. Breakfast was not the best. The person working the breakfast was talking on her phone the whole time. The apple juice was empty and the cheese omelets. I told her she didn’t refill the eggs but did refill the apple juice. Pancake machine was broken

The staff was friendly and breakfast was terrific. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the indoor pool was suppose to be heated. Usually, the room an indoor pool is in would be warm, but it was cold so I dont know if that is impacting the pool's temperature. Everything else was good, but the pool would have been a nice.

Clean room with lots of space

This hotel was very nice. I missed the breakfast. However, the lobby area was clean. The elevators were clean. The only thing that I noticed was the pool area had not been cleaned up when I went over to the pool area there were towns laying around the pool the outer edge was dirty. Otherwise the hotel is very nice to stay in.
