No fan or vent in bathroom. Window curtains not big enough to block light from coming in around edges. Bathroom towels were very small.

The room was more or less clean, but it had a strange smell. Perhaps it was coming from the carpet and shower curtain. Some of the towels were dirty, and even the complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles were dirty; they looked like they'd been refilled. I know I can't expect a suite for that price, but they should take these details into account before handing over a room booked so far in advance.

Breakfast was poor. It was a joke. I picked the hotel because it was supposed to have a hot breakfast. We ended up going out.

The room was Not clean
-
The breakfast was incomplete: no meat options and sugar-free syrup is not it.... Old milk and stale cereal was worse. The Bugs, Hover Flies, inability to get fresh clean towels on demand, etc...

Really I’m was fairly clean. Stains on the bathroom floor may have been permanent, but looked like they could be mopped up. Not sure the shower was very clean. Noisy air conditioner set to 67 barely kept the room cool. Sheets appeared clean and nice. Exterior entrance rooms reduced my comfort and safety feeling. Anyone could wander in off the street and knock on your door. The worst part is that I found a bed bug in the middle of the night. I could hardly sleep after that. I saw they have encasements on the mattresses, and I looked for tell tale signs of infestation but didn’t see anything. May have only been one, but I’m going to cook all of my clothes and bags to preventatively kill anything that came with me. I wouldn’t stay at a Quality Inn again. That was enough for me.

The breakfast offered was a little different. The coffee, orange juice, and apple juice was good. The location was easy to get to easy on and of the highway. With plenty of parking. Gas stations, and restaurants nearby most within walking distance from the hotel. 1st. Non-smoking room given smelled like cigarettes. 2nd. room given smelled like it was just cleaned. Unfortunately at 3:35 am people outside rooms smoking and talking 2nd hand smoke coming through the AC unit smelling up room had to shut it off.

Absolutely nothing ! They kicked us out! Came to our room at 8:00 a.m with an explanation that we had a fifth person in our room. I let him come in the room search and everything, and he still kicked us out and called the police. I have never been disrespected this much in my life ! I was there to be a vendor for the western Kentucky state fair and was working not one thing did we do wrong ! These was the most sorry disrespectful people I have ever met ! 3 women and a child got kicked out and money took because of this ! Not one reason did he have to kick us out !

Nothing!! Nothing!!! The rooms that’s listed on booking.com are false advertisement. My room smelled awful. It was stuffy with smoke. Also cigarettes burns on the covers. I tired to get a refund but because I booked through booking.com I wasn’t able to get a refund until the next day. Which they denied until I called them myself to complain. Then it was approved for booking. Com to give me a refund. I Do Not Recommend any one to stay here. The lobby looks better than the room. Save your money book elsewhere.

It was a bed to sleep on̈. I booked 2 queen's accessible and they had put us on second floor with no elevator. They got us on first floor but it was 1 king, it worked but it wasn't what I wanted. Also just old building but you can tell, maybe a face-lift would make the room not feel like a drab musty old hotel room.

The breakfast included cold eggs (because they didn’t have anything else in the warming tray), waffle maker, 2 cereals and very few muffins of the same flavor. Didn’t clean the room, only gave fresh towels every other day but the last time didn’t replace wash cloths and floor mat.

The hotel took a hold of 51. And change. 10+ days later they still had the hold.

The location was nice but there are many hotels in the area. The property wasn’t very clean. There were streaks on the mirror and crumbs on the floor. The volume on the tv didn’t work. The breakfast options were very limited also. The beds were rock hard.
-
If you like the convenience of bringing your luggages, there are No elevators to the second floor. There was no coffee pot in the room. The breakfast was horrible, the eggs smelled sour, no breakfast meat, no fruit or bagels like most hotels. Parking was tight.
