The breakfast was eh ok but nothing special. They had no milk available to drink or for cereal.Not a real good variety.I Our room was so humid that our swimsuits which were of light weight never dried. Things were damp. We had to ask for fresh towels and the room smelled like wet sour towels.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean.tv didnt work for the most part as internet was down. Shower needs a towel bar and some wayto turn it on without getting wet

Hotel has been newly renovated. Rooms were clean and spacious. Updated fixtures and furnishings.

Nice rooms last time we were there it was pretty bad this time very nice breakfast was very good will stay there again next time we are in west virginia Tv they lost power and the TV never came back but they couldn't help that

Love the upgrades and breakfast. Entrance very presentable now. Staff was Great Indoor pool was freezing. No heat pumps on. Hot tub was not in use. Parking lot has a lot of issues that need attending to

The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The hotel itself seemed a bit cheap and rundown for the price they were asking.

Room was clean, nice remodeled bathroom, comfy bed and the pillows were just right. So comfortable that I slept in until 8:30am - I can't remember the last time I slept that late!

It appeared to be newly renovated. It was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic. Nothing special but did the job for what we needed.

Staff was nice, bed was super comfortable The room was pretty dirty. Stains on sheets, stains on bathroom floor.

The lobby is great at first look. However, the rest of the property is obviously still under renovation. The breakfast was basic, and very limited because they ran out of various items.

Overall, we had a nice one night stay. Sad the pool/hot tub wasn’t opened.

TV did not work as the radio clock. It took a half hour for the shower water to get hot. That's the first alarm went off at 5:30. In the morning, There Bestro is closed. I will never stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Remodel was still taking place but was not intrusive. Tamasa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made sure our stay was pleasant.

The only issue was the TV wasn't working until about 9pm. Everything else was great.

No hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels, had no body wash and air conditioning unit didn’t work the best
