Holiday Lodge Hotel & Conference Center

Everyone loved my dog the moment we arrived. The lobby is shinny clean and so are the hallway. The ground is well kept. Although there are not many occupants, the service is still excellent. Hot breakfast is great with ample options.

I definitely recommend staying here! Holiday Lodge was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in and the Staff (both shifts) were super helpful & personable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and our room had been updated. You can tell they are really putting forth effort to bring the place back from its former closure. We are looking forward to staying again and hope that they continue to make improvements.

Our room was very dirty. Not only were there bugs on the wall but centipedes had crawled into my sneaker. There was dirt and hair in the bathroom, the towels looked very worn and had stains/ holes, and the floor was grimy. We had no shampoo, conditioner or soap in the bathroom shower dispenser which tells me no one has stayed in this room for quite some time. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice but the hotel was not worth the price. They never took the trash out while we stayed although I know housekeeping came since new towels were left- I found this very odd.

This was a very frustrating stay. Extremely poor wifi which made watching TV impossible. I could not use my laptop in my room to work. Internet would work for about 5 minutes at a time then stop for several minutes. I was moved to a different room and told that I shouldn't have anymore problems but it did not improve. The staff were very apologetic but unable to remedy the problem.

The renovations were like putting a dress on a pig. The paint jobs were minimal and lacked any paint on finer details. The hot tub was empty. But the breakfast was amazing. Same old place just with new carpet and a half done paint job.

And we were told that we would have to move to a king room the next night, because there were no doubles available for the following day. The next morning, we decided we weren't changing rooms. Let them know, and we didn't have to end up changing rooms. Room was nice although it did not have a phone which was odd. But it was clean. Bathroom was beautiful. However, when we came back from our day away, the room had not been cleaned. I asked the front desk if the rooms are supposed to be cleaned every day. She said yes, but you need to ask. I don't get that. The TV had maybe 2 channels that worked consistently. So all in all it could be really nice if they could just figure out how to run it.

I would suggest a place in the shower for your own shampoos, soap,etc. Also a bar inside the shower. Room was very hot. I suugest the room temp should be cooler when guest arrive.

Great place to stay! Didn’t have a gym and small morning breakfast but staff and room was great!

The room was clean, and there were plenty of towels for the stay. Very close to Summit Bechtel Reserve, which was where I was headed. I did not eat breakfast, but the water and snacks weren't as overpriced as some hotels.

Location and price were good.

We stayed in May and again in August. The renovations are going well and once this is all done it will be the place to stay. Staff was real friendly and beakfast was hot.

The breakfast was eh ok but nothing special. They had no milk available to drink or for cereal.Not a real good variety.I Our room was so humid that our swimsuits which were of light weight never dried. Things were damp. We had to ask for fresh towels and the room smelled like wet sour towels.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean.tv didnt work for the most part as internet was down. Shower needs a towel bar and some wayto turn it on without getting wet

Hotel has been newly renovated. Rooms were clean and spacious. Updated fixtures and furnishings.

Tv they lost power and the TV never came back but they couldn't help that
