Clean and comfortable room. Peaceful and quiet. Friendly staff.

I appreciated that there were car-charging stations here. Convenient for coliseum visitors -- great location for access. It's tucked in a kind of industrial area, but it wasn't noisy and didn't feel unsafe. Room was cozy and had everything we neded.

The staff was very impolite and unprofessional. During my three-day stay, no cleaning service was provided at all. There were no amenities, and guests are basically left on their own at this motel. I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms aren't clean at all. Stains are on the walls and the rooms smelled like weed and cigarette smoke prior to entering

Clean and tidy; the room isn't large, but it has a bathroom where you can wash away your fatigue.

Stayed here for the Ariana Grande concert at Oakland Arena. The location is perfect as it’s only a few minutes from the venue. Of course you’re always a little weary when having to stay in Oakland but to be honest this property was not bad at all. The outside neighborhood is a little sketch but the hotel is gated and with video surveillance. The room itself is cleaned and comfortable. The bed was great and the linens were clean. Starr was courteous and friendly. The only bummer was having to pay $6 for parking but bc of the security I was happy to pay it. Overall I think I’ll stay here if I ever have to go to Oakland again!

That even though that it wasn’t a five star hotel, they made it really nice and comfortable It was pretty cool. I wish you had like more of a fresher scent, though.
