The staff is super friendly. Tried giving them a call with the phone number provided and couldn’t get ahold of anyone.

A modestly furnished but very clean motel with a friendly and courteous receptionist. We were allowed to leave our car in the courtyard even after checking out, which was very convenient. San Francisco is only about a 20-minute ride away by BART.

This is a great property in a very good and safe location to stay at in Oakland, very close to downtown. The manager on duty, Kevin, very pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommended.

it is just basic normal room.. not so clean but not too dirty too.. got some smell in the room fist enter in.

Work was very clean, amenities included a mini-fridge, microwave and a mini desk. Parking lot was very well lit so I felt secure and my car was also secure. Shower was clean and appears new. The towels are a bit too thin for my liking, but it does the job

We chose to leave immediately and were able to get a refund. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly caution others before booking here.

The man was mean he lied I have plenty of money on my card. He threw me to the streets at 11pm. So evil. I'm a visitor now I have no place to stay tonight

The well-lit parking lot seemed safe given the neighborhood Not only did the place not have coffee in the morning but we couldn't even find any in the near area within walking distance.

The manager was helpful in calling for a taxi for my need to go to and return from the hospital for a medical procedure at the nearby hospital. He answered all my questions and acceded to my requests. Although the room was basic, but with fridge and microwave, it was clean and comfortable and had all I needed. The shower worked well. The light in the room was superb. The location was quiet. It was helpful that there was an obvious recycling bin for things I wanted to recycle. I recommend this place. I took my own food since I was staying for two days and was supposed to rest. There was plenty of parking.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was not ideal - a lot of homeless people were around. -

It was cheap. 15min from San Francisco so not too bad. Fit our RV which is why we booked it Very very run down area, scared to walk to the train station 400m away. The shower was literally as weak as standing in the rain. Bed was hard, smelt a little.

The toilet broke twice, but fixed right away.

It was around the corner from a great pub called Eli's Mile High Club, which had great live music. Also, easy access to Berkeley. Loved the view of the houses across the street from the motel. Uninspired interior.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. Definitely stay there again when in Oakland.
