It’s a sweet mom & pop run little hotel but it was perfect for our night stay for a w concert in Gainesville ! The price was perfect !

The room was very clean and nice. Despite being off a busy main road it was pretty quiet and the landscaping around the motel was beautiful. It is an older motel so some things did seem a little bit dated but nothing too bad.

I was so impressed with this hotel! It is constructed with individual outdoor opening rooms like in the 1960s, but the grounds are immaculate, the rooms spotless, and no sign of insects. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Absolutely nothing!

This is a very clean, efficient, old "motor lodge" that met my needs. Call it budget a stay. Nice owner. Great basic accommodations.

Very clean quiet, the pool was closed, but we could still sit outside and enjoy the weather at the tables. Road noise a little, but really not thar noticeable.

Staff very nice. Great location. Old motel but it was clean. The pool was closed but that was my fault for not reading that it was closed for the time we were there.
