Amazing, I love it. Staff awesome, very clean even though the hey allow dogs, good parking on site, they have golf cart for you to move around. Very nice and quiet

The only area that could use improvement is the guest experience at check-in. We arrived just over two hours early and were told our room was already ready, but we would need to pay an additional $50 to check in early or wait until 4:00 PM. While we understand and respect the policy, the welcome felt rather impersonal. It would have been nice to receive a brief introduction to the property, such as where to find dining options, the pool and its hours, or other amenities guests can enjoy. Breakfast was another disappointment. There is no hot breakfast, only grab-and-go items, and they are quite expensive. Adding a hot breakfast or offering more reasonably priced options would make a big difference. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay thanks to the beautiful property and the exceptionally clean, comfortable room. With a warmer welcome and a few improvements to the breakfast options, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Who ever checked me in cared enough to ask why we came town, after explaining it was our 25th anniversary, she immediately upgraded our room and extended our check out time. That kind of service is special and deserves recognition, it was very special and made my wife very happy! Thank you again!

The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept on. For the price, I would expect a better bed; which is why I gave a lower rating. The hotel was beautiful. The food was great. The room was nothing special.

Absolutely had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice and comfortable. They allow dogs but I had my Great Dane service dog with no issues. They gave her a cute pink and white bandana, a comfy bed and have a beautiful dog park. They also were super nice giving us a room directly across from the dog park gate.

Beautiful hotel , exceptional service and great food

Nice hotel but needs some improvement. Doors have significant gaps so light and noise from hallways blaze in the room at night. Also, if you have any allergies at all beware (lots and lots of dogs). Perfect for riders and pet owners.

Room was clean and nice, but was told for a fee we could upgrade to a balcony room with pool view. I agreed and when we got to the room it was not a balcony room, and you could only see the pool if you craned your neck. I went back down thinking they made a mistake, but was told “sorry we didn’t have any balcony rooms”. Nicholas then said “you only booked plain studio, and Joe you have a pool view” in an unpleasant tone. Don’t pay to upgrade, as it’s a bait and switch.

This hotel seems almost brand new. It’s beautiful, clean and very pet friendly. Lots of amenities to include a beautiful pool.

This property is one of the most clean and maintained properties I have ever stayed at. Well appointed and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and great meal and shopping options onsite.
