Price location Sheets were not fitted bathroom light didn’t work

1st off, I didn't get a king size bed. Room was awful. Some plugs didn't work. Light in restroom didn't work. Toilet didn't flush well. Sheets had stains. Curtains were dusty and had cigarette burns. Stains on wall, ceiling. Shower didn't drain properly

Nothing trash ass place boogers in sinks blood on covers not worth a dime also a trouble to get a refund don’t buy it at all

There was No breakfasts Area there! It was not like they Advertise in their Ad, or website, they just lie!!!! I want my Money Back! The inside was nothing like they show on the internet! Bathroom door was all broken and was tape up with red tape on a white door. the floor was ready Bad! The pictures they show are noting of what we Got from that Room #130!!! Sorry I did not take Pictures, because i was not going to say anything, but then i thought about it, and decided i don't want people to say there with their children's it was that Bad! I'm 66 years old Retired Air Force and try not complaint!

Had to change into 3 rooms before finally getting a room that wasn't flooded

There wasn’t any the ice machine barely works How is lied to about the availability of a room? I was told there was no rooms available, but was looking right at the booking app and it had multiple rooms 5+ but the older lady stated that there was no availability when the parking lot was empty.

All the curbs were broken there was a broken AC unit in front of the stairwell broken glass to my room broken tiles on the shower/tub broken sink faucet the mini fridge has black mold doesn't work ? toilet lid broken no wash clothes cigarettes burns /tub

Great hospitality & service. The housekeepers do an amazing job cleaning & washing our blankets & sheets.

Don’t stay here if you have kids they are not friendly and will yell at them for walking outside apparently it’s for oil workers , owner/ manager was very rude and he was very aggressive with me yelling at me over the counter when I went to the office to ask why he was yelling at my kids , he said he was getting complaints which I don’t believe the only complaint I could think of would of been him screaming instead of respectively coming to me with his problem, I stayed to nights n this happened both days , my 11 yr old daughter was crying and his only thought was to say “you can leave then” absolutely ridiculous!!!

I loved our stay here. No ghetto drama like Baymont. It was nice & quiet. Comfortable beds & pillows. No bed bugs whatsoever. I’m able to store decent amount foods in the fridge. The ac works great. The house keepers don’t steal your stuff. But as for the comforters it did have a smell to them. The housekeeper did a great job getting me new ones. I will most definitely book again. Thank you for great hospitality & service.
