This is one of my favorite hotel to stay with when I am in Odessa. Great location and very friendly staff and clean facilities.

When I booked the room I was not informed about a $100 deposit or $25 deposit for kitchen appliances I’m worried that I won’t get the refund back bed sheets weren’t washed properly there was no dish soap for the silverware everything wasn’t to my liking

Only issues...cable TV didn't work and last guest unplugged all the lights. Lastly, I did not get my Diamond member bonus points for my stay.

The room was good and clean, but the water machine at breakfast had Fungus/mold. When dispensing water staff were nice, friendly, and helpful.
