Hair everywhere. Booger on the wall. The freezer didn't freeze. The floor had a big bubble ready to fall apart

The location and price. The bathtub faucet was loose, the AC was not blowing cold air, the hallway smelled like weed. Saw some weird hairs in the bathtub. It was ghetto to say the least.

The room smells so bad itll turn your stomach. Dirty towels piled by the elavator, soda spilled alover the hall, cigarette butts in the elevator

There was no breakfast. The room was very clean. I did not realize it was an extended stay. There was Usually just a note at the front desk with a phone number. Since My hearing loss is so great I can't hear on the phone. Thankfully I did not need to call. The staff was very helpful with me walker issues getting in and out of the doors. There were no hand towels. The shower needs a grab bar where I got out of the shower. That is a safety issue. The TV did not work. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Nice staff but the room the toilet didn’t even flush it overflowed floor was poorly cleaned! Didn’t even stay a full 8 hours I left do better!!

I booked on booking and when I got there hotel staff was not only completely out of uniform but also very rude and over charged me. When I brought it to their attention they were very dismissive, kicked me out within seconds of charging my card and still have yet to give me. This happened on Monday and today is Saturday. The worst service I ever experienced and now I see why their ratings are so low.

no breakfast available staff just did not care about customer service. could not find my reservation from booking.com so charged my card and when showed them confirmation from booking.com they did not return my payment. PAID TWICE FOR THE SAME NIGHT

Had to call the office emergency number on two different occasions. I got locked out my room , my key wouldn’t allow re entry. Office brought new cards.
