Extended Stay America Select Suites - Oklahoma City - Southeast

.

The least critical thing I can say is that there was no hairdryer. The refrigerator seemed clean but smelled terrible. There was no bed side lamp and the floor under the beds hadn’t been swept. Elevator smelled like weed and hallway smelt like cigarettes. Awful and outrageous prices. I paid $150 a night?? Predatory prices. Never again

Clean and convenient location. Staff was friendly

We were staying there because we had a very early surgery at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital so it was very convenient and saved us a long drive. The facilities are not well maintained. There is graffiti in the elevator, the bathroom door didn't close, and the mattress kept sliding from the bed. We also found a previous guest's dirty underwear on the floor. It reminded me of a low income apartment building. There is nothing wrong with that especially if you just need a place to sleep for the night or somewhere to stay if you have a relative in the hospital. If you are expecting a nice hotel, I'd probably look elsewhere.

Exceptional

Was tolto move my truck and small enclosed trailer from the only spot where I was able to park and I wasn’t blocking anybody or driveway and was told to park next door at truck stop.asked if i had to pay and was told that they didnt have anything to do with parking there but i had to move.and 15 minutes later a enterprise box truck was allowed to park there and wasn’t told to move but i had to go to the truck stop and pay for overnight parking when my truck and trailer wasn’t as big as the box truck

Good

Location of place Very small hed. A/C did nit work. Had to leave 1 hour after check in at 12a.m

Poor

Nothing Everything from the lack of communication about when I could or in my could not ever check in to the false information given in person the cancelling of my reservation through booking but never confirming I never checked in. What a waste of time and my money I never got to stay there and I had to pay for somewhere else

The room was clean, the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, parking was super tight as the parking lot is small, and the air conditioning worked just fine.

Very clean, quiet . Location was perfect for my agenda. Well.. nothing actually.

Lower end property with some odd quirks.
