Sleep Inn - Oklahoma City Airport

The staff was very helpful when we had a situation with a cancellation, the rooms are very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean room and nice staff

I had plane tickets to fly from Phoenix Az to Okc with a stop @ Denver airport. After leaving Phx airport as we approached Denver, we were unable to land due to a microburst storm a were redirected back to Phx. We were not unable to fly back because we had already missed our connecting flight from Denver. We were refunded by airlines and rental car company but not by this hotel. After speaking with multiple staff members I was told that I would get a refund by Mike (owner) which never happened. I called back multiple times to ask if I could use the stay at a later date and was told no. Horrible policy. It seems that once they get your money there’s no way you’re getting it back no matter what the situation or emergency. Buyer be ware.

Great stay! The place is new and you can tell-everything is very clean and updated. There was a slight weird smell in the bathroom but it wasn’t too bothersome. I’d stay again.

I liked how clean the facility was. The staff was super nice and we loved the free breakfast. I didn’t really like the area it was located in and the fire alarm went off at 2am because an employee accidentally pressed a button.

The bathroom door was hard to open and close,it was sticking

The room was pretty clean. The hall however smelled as if they were trying to cover the smell of weed. The breakfast was not great. Biscuits were cold, coffee tasted like water, and the only juice provided was cranberry. The property is gated and the parking lot well lit, surely due to the number of transients in the area. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

It was new & clean. Staff was helpful The neighborhood is a little scary. Some homeless people around. Although the parking area is fenced & my car was not bothered.

The hot breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. The luggage cart needed to be fixed, it rattled really loudly.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but we didn’t feel unsafe. We didn’t go outside once it was dark.
