The staff was awesome. The building inside and rooms were clean, but the building is quite antiquated. I didn’t experience breakfast because we ate elsewhere.

First the staff was on the phone when I showed up to the front desk and not a company phone either. (Video SO Call) My hotel room door had to be pressed shut does not self latch. The room had a moldy smell to it. Over all 3 stars

I booked this online because my lights was out InnMemphis and when I called you guys Sunday the 23rd of August you said your lights was out to, so please tell me how you gonna take my money anyway and I didn’t stay there because your lights was out. This is unacceptable and I wouldn’t advise anyone to book a room here

When I arrived there was not an attempt to check me in so I had to remotely intact with an Employee. This immediately irritated me. I need to be greeted and service by a human and NOT interact through a machine. Overt I felt the hotel was dated, ans not “historical dated but old casino dated, and it was not up to my standards for cleanliness. The lampshades and chair in my room were stained. Room furnishings were showing damage and wear. The bathroom looked clean but dated. The center was difficult to navigate as signage was sparse. A site map at check-in would have been helpful.

The breakfast is awesome really good coffee. Very comfortable bed. The pool is awesome. Best quality for price you will find in the area.

The room was very clean, and the atmosphere is calm and tranquil. The restaurant food is delicious including breakfast, and the pool is sparkling. I would stay here every day if I could.

They had free continental breakfast, the rooms are quite once in a while you would hear a door. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was a little out of date but it was still a nice place to stay. the elevator was a little funky.
