When I arrived there was not an attempt to check me in so I had to remotely intact with an Employee. This immediately irritated me. I need to be greeted and service by a human and NOT interact through a machine. Overt I felt the hotel was dated, ans not “historical dated but old casino dated, and it was not up to my standards for cleanliness. The lampshades and chair in my room were stained. Room furnishings were showing damage and wear. The bathroom looked clean but dated. The center was difficult to navigate as signage was sparse. A site map at check-in would have been helpful.

The breakfast is awesome really good coffee. Very comfortable bed. The pool is awesome. Best quality for price you will find in the area.

The room was very clean, and the atmosphere is calm and tranquil. The restaurant food is delicious including breakfast, and the pool is sparkling. I would stay here every day if I could.

I would not stay here again, it seems like a drag queen hotel. The breakfast was ok. I would give this hotel a 4 out of 10

This was the worst hotel! Building falling apart! Sheets were dirty, the floor had trash on it, the bathroom was not cleaned! This was the worse hotel! I had to clean my own room. The front desk was not helpful. Do Not Waste Your Money!

This is the third time I have stayed at this place. It is always very clean. Tbe rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. It is close to Memphis but in a quiet, secluded area. Nice restaurant and bar area and a beautiful pool. I will stay there again when I am in the Memphis area.
