Liked that I could book on Hotels. Com. Surprised that I could get in on a busy Summer weekend last minute. The place is huge. Must have 400 rooms & probably even more slot machines. I have been in a lot of casinos but saw more new slots here than ever before. I would have given room cleanliness 5 stars as the room was very clean but for all of the top surfaces of picture frames, sills, etc were dusty.

The room was very clean. The hot tub was nice. It was big enough so you could just be with your people not bothered by everyone else. We had a very nice stay.

Convenient to fun attractions in the area. Great staff at the front desk and coffee shop. Very well maintained room. Comfortable beds and was much quieter than one would expect at a casino hotel.

So my wife and I were on a vacation and we went out of our way to stay at Grand Casino solely for the one purpose that they have a hot tub. I have a bad back. I’ve had a number of spinal surgeries. We get into the hot tub and my wife stepped on a clump of feces. We complained about it quietly to management. It took at least two hours before they shut it down and then they said that it was cleaned up without draining it. We talked to management again about getting a refund because we only came for the hot tub. We are not huge gamblers. They wouldn’t help us out with anything like free food or just an apology. The manager’s name was Marvin. Marvin wouldn’t even look us in the face and basically told us it’s not their problem.

This is our happy place away from home! Everything is very clean, great food & drinks, and good selection of new games! We love all of the fun promotions... keeps us coming back almost monthly when we can 😊

I was impressed how clean and modern the room was. I really appreciated that the man at check in asked us a preference for our room. We wanted to stay away from the noise and be far from the elevator and got us exactly that: we were on the top floor and the farthest from the elevators. I truly appreciate being taken care of like this. We had a great night sleep, and that's what we needed from our one night stay.

Our go to spot when we’re in the area. Front desk service can use a bit of improvement. Not bad but not great either. It just feels like they would love to be anywhere else but there. Housekeepers are so sweet and kind.
