Clean room, front desk area, and casino. Bed and pillows are cozy and the friendly staff will help with all your requests! Very comfortable!

Hotel check in was smooth, instructions on the elevators would have been helpful. If you wait long enough someone will get off and you can get on. The pool and hot tub were nice. Wish they had an arcade for the kids like GC Hinkley MN has. Would stay here again.

The casino was vibrant and exciting, offering a wide variety of games and entertainment options that kept us entertained throughout our visit. We also appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly staff who made sure we felt welcome at every turn. I like that their rates are the lowest of any Casino hotels that I frequent. They are a bit off the beaten path & have 490 rooms so that may explain the low rates.

The check-in was good however when we got to the room there was only a king bed and not a sofa. There were 3 of us staying in the room. We went to the front desk and talked to the staff. They kindly got us a roll-a-way bed for a fee and brought it up to the room. It was actually a comfortable bed. The food was excellent. Nice to have a coffee shop. The gaming was fun. It was a good stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

I had trouble getting checked in because my personal account was locked. The staff waited patiently while I got it all straightened out. My anxiety was high and they were more than kind to me and held my room preference without question. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

We had a double queen bed room it was clean and tidy! The staff were great getting us into our room early for a wedding we were attending. Also the shuttle service to the wedding was great! It was a great stay & I'm sure we will be back!
