Location. On the beach and located in the middle of attractions. There was one elevator working. With the amount of people there were long waits to get to our room and downstairs.

The room was amazing. It was roomy and had all the comforts of home. The body wash and lotion were amazing. Great amenities Had 2 situation with staff that was a little unpleasant. When we went to order from the grill restaurant the employee complained about her co-workers and said she was glad the busy season was over. The second instance was employees were at the welcome desk having a private conversation but the conversation got loud as we passed and some foul language was heard by myself and my husband. The out of order elevator was a problem also. I know you call each guest to let them know but when you are carrying 3 or for bags and have to wait 10 minutes it makes the experience unpleasant.

we absolutely love the pool area. The lazy river was awesome. The outside bar area was great as well as the staff. This was the worse sleeping bed ive ever slept on. Mattresses really need upgrading. I dont know what was going on with the 2nd elevator but multiple people said it had been down for months. The wait time to use the elevator was ridiculous.

Property poorly maintained. Elevator down and only one working when it worked. Electrical wires exposed in our room. AC filters were very dirty! Not enough handicapped parking places in parking lot. Advertised indoor/ outdoor pool and jacuzzi plus swimup tiki bar. None of those were there! Rooms badly need maintaining and updating. Loose plumbing in bath.

The pictures are not updated. The room I had chosen, was no way near the pictures on Expedia website. Neither was the hotel. The lobby was warm, only 1 elevator was working. The hallway floors were dirty and they had a moldy smell and our room as well. The furniture in our room had stains on them, exposed wires under neath the table and the view was not worth sitting on the balcony. We ended up finding another hotel that same day. And thank goodness because we drove 11 hours to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I was very disappointed, Hilton hotels are usually very nice. One good thing, when I went back to make sure I would get my credit on my stay the manager that was there was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and the pictures not being updated.

We had a partial view room which was an ok view just had to lean over the rail and peek around room. This was a last minute stay for one night to extend our trip a day. The hotel is on the older side and could use some updates. I would say more so the rooms are outdated. The room was clean, beds comfortable and a fine place to stay. Saw folks with pets so a good option if bring your fur babies a long for the ride. There is a daily parking rate of $10 plus tax that was not made clear when the charge was ran , but is understandable as most places charge. We got in late so did not get to use the lazy river -but it looked nice and clean! There was one elevator that was not working - however did not have too long of waits for the one available. Overall nice place.

There are two elevators and the one wasn’t working at all. One day, both were broken. So , I to walk four floors to my room. They got one fixed the next day. But walking up and down is no fun!

Perfect spot in Orange beach with easy parking, beach access and pool/ lazy river. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

When we arrived from a 8 hour drive from Little Rock Arkansas we were rudely told by the front desk clerk our reservation was canceled. I tried to show her on my Expedia app that it showed active and even called Expedia who confirmed it was still booked and the hotel refused to speak with them or acknowledge my reservation. They said a third party canceled it but would not tell me who . That was the most scary and u professional experience I’ve ever had in my entire 40 years of life! I will never recommend this hotel and til this day I get ptsd looking at a Hilton hotel I HATE that experience and no one has reached out to us.

The front desk staff wre wonderfully helpful and the font desk area and pool area have recently been updated and looks wonderful. The cons were one elevator didn't work, and the only other one kept breaking so wer were forced to use the stairs a lot and going up and down 5 flights with beach stuff was not pleasant. Even when the elevator worked it was terribly slow and there was zero air movement in it. It felt like an oven. The rooms need new lamps and couch pull outs as well. For being able to bring my little Shih Tzu dog with us it wasn't terrible but the elevator was a huge thing. Also our keys were constantly malfunctioning and we would go all the way back up to the room for the card to not work then had to go all the way back down and it was annoying. Especially being in the sun and needing to just chill in the room because even the hallways are hot with little to no air movement. But shout-out to the chef... breakfast was amazing and anything we ordered from the pool was fairly quick and delightful.

Breakfast was very out rages which I thought it was free. The person asked me our room number 204 she stated we didnt get free Breakfast do to the room #. Otherwise it was great

We checked out early because we could not Handel the smell. Even a worker stated people don’t like working only want a paycheck .

All was fine
