I booked the room at the last minute because my granddaughters had an event next door, and we found out it was extended by an extra day. I was thankful that I could get a room since it was so hot and we had to be out of our other place that morning. The Person at the reception desk tried to get me into our room early afternoon since check-in was not until 4 pm. Our room was not ready, but he invited us to use the pool or bring our luggage inside the lobby. The room was very clean, and the beds were soft. The buffet breakfast was great; they had everything you would want and kept things filled. We had the added bonus of seeing fireworks that night, and we only had to sit outside the front of the hotel. When we are in the area again, I would definitely stay again.

Great location with a delicious, varied breakfast. An amazing outdoor pool and clean rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had one of our best family vacations.

Check-in was at 4 PM, we weren’t able to check in till 5:30 PM, which made us late for our plans. Michael, the assistant manager said, “ It is a difficult job to turn over all of the hotel rooms from the time people check out at 12pm till 4 PM.”

The staff was very friendly and welcoming..the area was a great choice just blocks from resturants and shopping at the Wharf..rooms were one of the favorite with plenty of room larger than most very clean..with balcony over looking a Hugh pool that was very clean and well maintained..a bar that adjoining that was pierfront ..very nice would definitely stay again Breakfast was pretty much the usual
