Overall stay was great. Have stayed at this location several times. My only disappointment with my last visit was that could not or was not able to enjoy a total breakfast because The stove was out of order. So the breakfast was not very good! Get the stove fixed ASAP!! 🙂

To be located near the highway the hotel was quite. It was very clean and located in a perfect spot. The breakfast is amazing along with the staff. From check in to check out the staff made you feel welcomed. Extra linen for the sleeper couch had to be requested from the front desk instead of readily in the room.

Keisha at the front desk was lovely. The room wasn’t very well maintained, floors & bathroom were dirty, the beds were so old the mattresses were sunken in & it felt like we were sleeping in fox holes, although the sheets & pillows were crisp, clean & comfortable. There weren’t any amenities: no coffee maker in the room, no easy food or ice options, etc. Disappointing for exhausted travelers.

Breakfast was surprisingly good and hearty. Outstanding staff, very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Darryl at the front desk. Parking seemed safe, although the driveway approaches to the hotel could be better. Overall, a nice stay at an excellent value hotel.

There was a large variety and everything was hot and yummy!

The room was nice. We expected the pool to be available since it was an indoor pool. It being closed was not at all mentioned on the booking site.

Hard to find at night. Beds soft and a hard bench for seating. No bathroom amenities in bathroom not even tissues. Breakfast was not very good. Disappointing for a Holiday Inn Exoress.
