I prepaid for this room; upon checkin they asked for a card; and without telling me hit the card for $100 in case I smoked in the room; I'm a non smoker. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet and around the sinks and hot tub - apparently that money they took from me was to fix problems created by others. Never again will I allow that. Also, the hotel was under construction and it was very dangerous around the property.

Affordable for the luxury suites, friendly staff, nice location!! The jetted tub was fantastic. .

The staff was great. The pool was freezing. The bed was hard as a rock and the property wasn’t the cleanest.
-
Average, slightly rundown property. Amenities included microwave, refrigerator in room. Breakfast very basic. Staff responsive, friendly.

Bed was comfortable, I slept well. I didn’t use the microwave & minimally used the fridge. The HVAC unit worked well. Nice spacious counter next to sink. Hairdryer worked fine. Breakfast was average. Only complaint is the chair under desk by TV. First time I leaned against the backrest the chair flipped backwards onto the floor. I was unhurt except for a previous cut on my arm which reopened when my arm hit the floor. I would definitely replace that chair with a more sturdy one. That was in Room 230.

Food was somewhat stale and lackluster

Yes, breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly, Parking was good. Property needs updating; ceiling was worn, cracked, and old looking.
-
Had a room booked. They called me to confirm. Showed up to the hotel with no room because they booked it to someone else.

I rented a room for my aunt and uncle who were here from another state. They said the worker was rude as soon as they got there. They got kicked out on the 2nd morning of their stay because the same person said they were smoking. My uncle is on a cpap machine and they’ve never smoked in rooms. They threatened to call the cops and wouldn’t give them the money back for the night they couldn’t stay from being removed. That was 150 something, they also kept the 100 deposit .Horrible place and would not recommend. The way they treat people and lie is awful!

Location and price Bed wasnt comfortable and it wasnt the cleanest. Breakfast wasn't good either.
-
Very dirty , sink was clogged, fridge froze everything that we put inside including all of our insulin that we had to throw away.

The property was well maintained. The property was, geographically, well located. However, there were no pool towels on a consistent basis over the course of my stay. There was a 60 to 90 minute wait time to eat at the lodge's restaurant due to, according to the front desk personnel, lack of "servers". There was a LOT of loud and obnoxious teenagers running amuck, talking in loud, outside voices, slamming doors, etc. 'til late hours. It was just a bad stay.
