I liked that the rooms were upgraded Wish my freezer section of refrigerator was working. Seems like people stay there long term which is ok. It just caught me off guard as people had their doors open, etc

No one picks up the phone, I couldn't talk to anyone

Place was a rental for Welfare people and lots of baby's,,,lots of Marijuana smoked and smell,even inside the room. Coffee machine not working for over 3+ days. Poor selection of breakfast food and ron out quickly and wouldn't resupply it. this lace should have never been on a list as hotel,but a monthly room rental business. Do not go there or you wish you have listened to me. Fix what i already stated.

Roaches and mold in the room

Hardly any choices for breakfast. We stayed 5 nights, no one cleaned our room, we never received clean towels. Would never stay there again.

The room was comfortable enough, and the swimming pool was clean and refreshing on hot days. The breakfast was pretty terrible with few, unhealthy options.

The room smells like smoke coming from the AC unit. Burn holes in the couch. Ants in the shower. The table fell on my wife. They changed me to four different rooms and I had each experience bad in every room.

The pool Nothing that I can think of

Up keep of property painting and bathroom tub no stopper to take bath.

It was close to the conference venue Dirty toilet and bathroom, refrigerator not cooling as expected, breakfast was a joke.

Reakfast minimal Next Door room had a loud party until 3 am

Everything was clean. It’s reasonably priced, comfortable & perfect for staying close to the Kia center. I didn’t bother grabbing breakfast to rate, but expect something minimal. It’s an overnight stay at a reasonably priced hotel. No fancy fixings here. I also recommend asking for 2nd floor. I heard it was better on noise. Staff was very kind & easy going. I’d stay here again. Blow drier didn’t work. Seems it caught fire before? Did tell staff at check out. I didn’t get to blow dry my hair which sucks but not end of the world. Phone was also not functioning - plugged in. Couldn’t figure out where land line was either. No big deal. I say inspect room if anything seems out of place & let them know asap to accommodate. I think these things were trivial so didn’t bother.

It’s a convenient location for me the property is OK. They try to clean it to the best of their knowledge but not as clean when you’re handling multiple guest. My kids really enjoyed the pool What I didn’t like was the first room had ants and then got moved to a second room and that one had a rat

Place was filthy smelled like smoke the whole building needs a up for cleaness and painting in the rooms. Sheet and pillows were dirty.
