The staff and facilities are great enjoyed the Continental breakfast very much more fresh fruit please it’s Florida after all The only disappointment is how long the $100 reimbursement is taking. I still have not received it.

Location Side door remained locked so access to lobby for Breakfast was difficult as you had to go back around to front door to get in and out?? Microwave door kept locking and made use Difficult!

We only stayed one night. The beds were ok. Walls were dirty in many places in the room. Chair in the room was stained and dingy. Musty smell in room.

The front desk attendant was not polite or informative about room service being every other day. We requested room service to be scheduled and there excuse was that because we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door they didn't provide the service even though we were not told they were going to show up at a certain time and they did not return to see if the room was open to service. The rooms had a damp smell as well as if the air conditioner filters have not been cleaned or replaced. Also there was not a good breakfast variety.

The rooms were pretty clean but there was caution take all outside the hotel and grounds were very dirty

The ac was so bad!!! It was humid in the room. The faucet in the shower was coming out of the wall when you press on it to put shower on

This is an old motel that exudes age in everything. The floor was cracked and uneven. The trim boards hadn’t been dusted in a decade. The strike plate behind the door was broken and coming out of the wall. The bathroom stunk. The AC units leak water across the walkway. The Coke machine in the second floor is marked Do Not Use, but it’s obvious it’s been broken for years and they’re too lazy to remove it. There are open gutters without gutter guards that are 4-6 inches deep and dangerous. There’s been an attempt to put up yellow tape but it’s haphazard. There are large containers that might go on a ship in the side yard, easily visible from the second floor and kind of gross, where children played. The lights outside the room were super bright, and there was no way to block out the lights outside. Literally the brightest hotel room I’ve ever slept in. Avoid at all costs.

The breakfast was good. My husband brought me back a waffle. Our room being on the first floor.

Clean towels and sheets and room was clean entire hotel needs a lot of work very old.

The room was disgusting, mold around the tub. Flooring was buckling, vinyl flooring was coming apart. Drainage in tub, toilet and sink slow. When we first got there the toilet clogged and when I let the front desk know they handed me a plunger. The place is unkempt and in need of repair, place is neglected.

Tile cracked & pulling up in the bathroom, tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that were only enough for 2 people to take one shower and they were not replenished during our stay, they also did not replenish coffee or even service the room across 3 nights, key cards stopped working & had to go to the office to fix, breakfast offerings lacking and they ran out of coffee& didn’t refill before we had to leave.

Overall a good stay. Just needed a place to stay overnight and bed was comfy. Room was clean. Just older hotel and could use an update. But fine for a quick stay.

It was very dirty, building was very old, smelled like mold and mildew.

Breakfast area was clean I have not received my deposit back and my stay was a month ago.

The room was supposedly updated from an old Best western, but it is the exact same thing, they just changed the sign. The rooms are really outdated, and the breakfast was terrible. It was little sausage sandwiches that we’re still cold, and you had to microwave. No other actually food. I check in the gentleman was not really welcoming. Did not even look me in the eyes, or speak directly to me.. and then their printer or scanner was not working, and he had me email him a copy of my license which I didn’t feel good doing, but he stated I couldn’t get the room otherwise. I was expecting a lot better with the change, but it is the exact same thing.
