Only negative was the soft mattress.

The hotel was very clean and had great amenities. However, seemed very understaffed. Check In was slow and the breakfast "staff" was one person running everything! He was taking orders, ringing up bill, cooking, serving and clearing tables. Very friendly, super motivated to help, but we felt he was greatly overworked. Allow more time for your breakfast!

This was perfect for us. The room was large, like new, clean, great coffee and they allow my dog.

It was modern and fresh looking, great choices of furniture & decor! The back patio was my favorite, it was behind the bar restaurant and nothing else back there! It was peaceful!! A little too far from other things like grocery or drugstore!

Clean, modern room. Extremely difficult communication: no response to online questions, unanswered phone calls to front desk, etc.

Too many 5.0 rating look suspicious, but I had to give them a 5.0 because it was my first time with this hotel and even this chain. I checked in after 1 AM and the desk clerk was helpful and very friendly. The next day the desk clerk was also awesome and helpful. I needed direction on some places to go to hang out and get good coffee. He spent the time to work with me and was knowledgeable. The room was amazingly spacious and clean and surprisingly quiet considering it is so close to the airport. I loved that they had essentially a mini yoga studio and gym right in the room. I actually took advantage of the yoga mat and the strength bands. I can honestly give them a 5-star rating and mean it. I am questioning why considering my experience and the high ratings it has on hotels.com where I booked it, it is only listed as a 3-Star hotel.

Loved the little yoga/ stretching accessories in the room. Although some ppl may appreciate the in room steamer, instead of an iron, it was ergonomically challenging. And my personal preference is a kettle or a regular drip coffee machine, Keurig was again a bit of problem. Beds were comfortable by out of the 8 pillows they all firm and very large. Please consider different firmness pillows. But would still stay here again, next time I am in Orlando !!

I absolutely loved this hotel. Extremely clean and staff was amazing. They also gave us a late checkout. Would stay here again.

Very good

This was the first time using this hotel near MCO. I travel back and forth from PR regularly and this will be my go to from now on. It was very clean, staff was helpful, restaurant/bar on property, yoga mat and roller provided in room for exercise or to take to gym and a quick hop to MCO. Loved my stay!!
