Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-Apopka

I really loved my stay with the Hampton in Apopka, but the grounds need significant care, mowing, weeding and some general repairs of the fountain feature. The inside is pristine, but they must have lost their lawn care service 2-3 years ago. Just say'n, Hampton please hire lawn care.

I had very good experience at Hampton Inn in Asheville NC. So I had no hesitation to book this hotel and expected to get the same experience. However, the experience is totally opposite. The mattress of the sofa bed is very dirty. I called the housekeeper to send the sheets and blanket to our room. We waited for a long time, but nobody showed up. Additionally the whole room looked very old and the maintenance is terrible. I really feel shocked that as the same hotel brand, the different is so big. I wonder if I can still believe the brand in the future.

I always stay here when in apopka. Very nice clean and efficient.

The smell was not appealing. The bathroom sink was clogged and the bathroom wall was dirty as well as it smelled like urine around the toilet.

Anyone looking for a good, cleaned place to stay in the Apopka or Orlando area may consider Hampton Inn and suites for its location is accessible from anywhere, it has good breakfast and easy parking. For icing on the cake, it is very quiet for a good night sleep. Check it out if you need to.

Was a great stay have stayed there 2x now only downfall is breakfast… it’s a good breakfast just same as every other hotel

Breakfast was basic but ok, receptionist was friendly and gave us bottled water for our room. The room was quite dark, and the hand soap in the male lobby toilets was empty. We also had to ask for pool towels, and our room only had three towels even though there were four of us. The pool itself had a lot of vegetation debris floating in it. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hampton by Hilton hotels before without any issues, but this one fell short. Luckily it was only for 1 night.

Ali, the manager was so kind to give us a free room upgrade. Micah at the check-in front desk was warm and helpful. We loved the breakfast! They served bacon instead of the usual sausage in other hotels we have stayed in.
