Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ocoee East by IHG

Very well managed

Great breakfast !

Comfy bed thats about it!

Thanks

Exceptional

I would say this visit was very good the staff was really nice and the amenities were good..just make sure you get in for breakfast early because once 9:30 am hits it's lights out, TV off and shut down. Aside from that the room were clean and also very quiet at night. Overall I would totally recommend a stay at the Ocoee holiday Inn!!

Good service, comfortable. I’ll come back

Very good

Nice property, quiet

the food and the cleanness

Exceptional

Very clean property and great staff! Everything was great!

Value, clean, incredible room, lady front desk manager was great! N/A

Everything was good and clean. The only problem i saw was the front desk clerk was not there half the time. That was day and night .

Front desk was amazing, very friendly, very informative, and always ready to help. Overall, my stay was awesome. But I found a few things that I was not happy with the rim around the inside of the toilet around the top was not clean. And in bed with me was a plastic fork underneath the bad sheets, there was poking at me all night . The morning breakfast kitchen staff were not very friendly. They did not smile, not very helpful. I understand that a lot of us are not morning people. But if that is your shift and that is your job, then maybe you should greet people with the smile. It felt very cold and rude.

Room was clean, staff was able when needed. Breakfast was excellent.

Not the Hotels fault they were very busy but the small pool was jammed packed lol. But the work out room was nice we got our work out. We had a hard time navigating the TV stations but the front desk has a TV guide. So didn't miss our football games.😆

Hot tub jets dont work. You might get stuck because they dont change the batteries in the doors before they stop working. I have been sitting here with my family for 4 hours while they try to get into our room where our belongs are still located. No shoes, no car keys, no clothes no meds. They said they are working on it. They said we could have anything out of the little store then side 1 item only per person. They said they added 500 points to my club account and nothing was added that hasnt even heppened yet. I checked. Now we waiting for someone else to come down here to try to help. Like this stupid.

Breakfast was excellent. Wish the pool was open longer. Pool closed early

Very clean. The people at the front desk were very good. The coffee machine in the lobby was a good. Cleaning service every third day.
