This hotel is both a Hampton inn and home 2. I reserved at home 2 but was given a room in Hampton. Still a nice hotel but not what i reserved. I tried to check out early but they wouldn’t do it.

I would give the property 5 stars but have them 4 only because the rooms do not have in-room safes. Otherwise the property is pristine, centrally located, good breakfast options, friendly staff. Above board all the way except they should add safes to each room.

I was disappointed to be charged for parking during my stay. This hotel is not located in a downtown area or in a particularly exclusive neighborhood where paid parking would be expected. Given that it is a conventional hotel comparable to others in the same category, I do not think it is reasonable to charge guests an additional fee for parking. Complimentary parking would be more in line with the amenities typically offered by similar hotels.
