Sleep Inn Ormond Beach - Daytona

Overall it was good

No one cared

for the price its decent. Towels need help. Breakfast needs changed up. Houseman needs to clean alittle more. I stayed for a extended period and didn't see any bugs. Front desk staff was great!

Room was clean well maintained, breakfast was not what I personally like, but there is options within walking distance

the room was clean and comfortable. The location was conveniently off route 95 with a Denny's and a Steak and Shake walking distance. The staff was friendly. the shower stall was very slippery when I stepped off the rubber tub mat. It would be helpful to have a another hand rail by the shower door because the shower door swings in and out like a saloon door. And a less slippery floor. For a room for four people, there was only enough coffee for two mugs, for a five day stay. I did get coffee downstairs. The entry door key did not work one night and a hotel staff went downstairs to have them re-coded.

Worst hotel in America. Computer and printer were not working (Staff: "Has not worked for a long time") so could not print boarding pass. Lobby carpet not vacuumed and sanitizers by elevator always empty. Soda machine was out of order as was juice machine. My alarm clock did not work and never got housekeeping services for 3 days. Complained each day to front desk which did nothing. Breakfast did not have oranges. bananas or pastries like other Sleep Inns; no lemon for tea and juice machine with 4 juices never worked. Requested full refund for 4 nights and unknown if I will get it.

There were drug addicts hanging around the building all times of the day and night the pool are looked horrible

ordered the king size room and was giving a single, had to go to the front desk to get another was told they had no more, kind of weird. I ordered it one month prior to going. Also, cigarette butts all over the property. Even people smoking in the hallways. This is a non smoking hotel.

Desk clerk didn’t help me with the room i wanted! Also very noisy, got woke up a few times by barking dog

The pictures are a lie and even the staff said he needs to give yall ACTUAL photos of this place. It was disturbing, and I have photos.

Trap house. Drug deals in parking lot. Kids running up and down hallways on scooters. Ice machines not working. Horrible.

Somehow got double-charged for the room after opting to pay at the hotel

Yes the garbage all over the parking lots is disgusting snd they need more maintenance men cause this hotel isn’t bad for the price.
