I love the view of the river and the outdoor patio. I booked a riverview king room on Expedia however when I got there the desk clerk gave me a non river view room. When I went to complain she said somewhat smugly “next time book it direct with us and maybe you won’t have these problems” and handed me a business card. She did not get me a river view room and I was too tired to fight about it. Poor customer service skills.

Location, view, staff, cleanliness…. Everything is wonderful about this hotel. It’s our go-to place and I look forward to staying here when we travel to northern Idaho. Minor inconvenience is parking- not the best. But super minor and not the end of the world

It was very pleasant and everything was so clean Unfortunately I think more handicapped spots need to be available at the front area my husband fell walking from our truck due to poor visibility.

Gorgeous view of the river! Beautiful location, exceptional staff, clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. The staff went above and beyond with their customer service. The Edge restaurant next door is the best! Great Sunday brunch on the deck overlooking the river. We plan on making it a destination vacation in the future. Nothing

To be able to to sit next to the river and drink my coffee. If it were not for the barking dogs that belonged to another guest. It would have been an excellent stay.

We loved this place we are traveling with 2 poodles and they were given cookies and beds. The most beautiful thing was that you can walk out and see the beautiful Clearwater River was flowing along side the hotel. Highly recommend this Hotel.
