Staffer at front desk was having difficulties checking us in, I think he was new. Other than that, it was a good night stay.

A pool was advertised they haven’t had a pool in a year it’s broke and green. It would be nice if Expedia update the information

Ok

Our room was given to another person, then our room keys didn't work. Our microwave locked shut and we couldn't get out breakfast. The hotel didn't offer to make things right at all. I will never stay there again.

The pool was closed!

Pool was unuseable No remote for TV No breakfast included

Very acceptable for a off-site property

The staff were difficult to find. The hotel was clean, and comfortable.
-
Room was acceptably clean. Had a unique smell, not necessarily bad but odd. We reserved a suite with a sofa bed. On my reservation I stated we had 5 adults. When we arrived we had a 2 bed queen suite, with a very small sofa (more like a 2 person seat). The attendant kindly understood the problem and offered a cot at no additional charge. He said the description on booking.com is incorrect.
