Cobblestone Suites Oshkosh

Great breakfast selection and it was maintained and replenished for the most part. Room was large and clean, but the shower could use a new shower head. I think that thing has been in there since the hotel was built. Overall, a great stay I’d rebook if I’m back in the area.

When we entered to check in the front desk staff were also doing laundry and housekeeping so we waited for nearly 15 minutes until they were able to talk with us. The property was nice but had an odor to it like sewage. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The pool was also very nice.

Solid spot - would return - everything as advertised - good coffee bar, jacuzzi rooms, breakfast, pool, outlet shops, adjacent event space

Hot tub was nice

I can't say enough good things about our stay. First, they let us check in early, they didn't have to, but they got our room ready early for us. Room was spacious, clean and reasonably priced. They have pizza and snacks that were reasonably priced as well. Pool area was very large, pool and hot tub water were at the perfect temperature, and open until midnight! Breakfast had several hot and cold options. Staff was so friendly and helpful! I won't stay anywhere else in Oshkosh. We will definitely be back!!

Bed was very comfortable. We had a bit of a wait checking in but it seemed as though they were short staffed. The front desk person was busy cleaning up in the pool area. She seemed quite overworked.

We stayed here because the pool and the hot tub are the perfect temperature. There are options for me. I have an allergy to wheat. Central location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I had **two separate prepaid reservations** at Cobblestone Suites because the hotel was unable to combine them into one continuous stay. On the morning of my first reservation, around **7:00 a.m.**, I went to the front desk to confirm what I needed to do. I specifically asked if I would need to check out and back in later that day. The front desk employee told me **yes**, and said I could return around **6:00 p.m.** to check in because my room would be ready after **4:00 p.m.** She assured me there would be **no problem**. Later that day, I received an email stating that **my reservation had been canceled**. I immediately called the hotel and was told my reservation had been canceled because **they had no rooms available**. I explained that I had booked and prepaid this reservation over a week in advance. The response was simply that they physically had no rooms. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager wasn't there. When I asked when the manager would be available, I was told, **"I don't know. The manager doesn't come in."** The front desk employee also told me there were many reservations they could not honor. I was simply told to "call around" and find another room myself. The only hotel within an hour was $500 more per night. Cobblestone won't reimburse me for the extra expense they made me incur. D

Exceptional

Hotel was convenient to where we needed to be for a Volleyball tournament. Was excited to use the hot tub when we got back to help our legs from playing all day but it did not work very well and was lukewarm at best.

Breakfast host was especially nice and helpful.
