The entire property was clean, quiet, and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy my trip. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

Everything was OK; the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly.

Clean room. Easy check in. They give out discount coupons for the restaurant there, however the cost of meals is very high. Overall, the room was nice and clean

Casey Key Resort- Mainland was a great place to stay. Food was good in the restaurant. It was in a great location. Staff was good. The pool was good. We would definitely stay again. The only issue we had was that they don’t have coffee available before the restaurant open. But it was only a quick drive to a local coffee shop or Starbucks.

Now I made a big effected to communicate that I had (2) separate but back to back nights reservations. I called 2.5 weeks prior right after I cancelled in Ft. Myers & booked the 2nd night here. Confirmed there was a notation on my reservation. I confirmed again when we checked in. And yet I had housekeeping knock at 11am & again at 11:15ish. Followed by the front desk calling & asking if I needed them to book me another night. My “oh no you did not” voice might have slipped out (not an excuse but I was tired & not in my time zone) Which I knew would happen which is why I confirmed twice that there was a notation on my reservation. Wanna guess what their response was? “Oh I didn’t see that”. This happens everywhere. I get it but it’s annoying.

When I arrived the women at the front desk was nice and accommodating and very friendly. She upgraded my room and let us arrive early at no additional cost. I had an issue later on with another front desk worker that was very rude. I reported her and was given a $25 gift certificate for breakfast at their restaurant. The charged $40 for eggs toast and French toast. The prices at their restaurant were ridiculous. The place if nice but it seems like it needs better staff that can keep up with the place. Everyone who worked at the place seemed like they were retired.

First room there was hair in the sheets, in the bathroom, a roach on the floor and the sheets weren’t changed out. The second room was cleaner but the tv didn’t work and they couldn’t get it working. The manager on duty told me that they have pest control but because it’s Florida the roaches are always around… my response to him was that I live in Florida and my house doesn’t have roaches.

There’s a great pool area & outside bar. Drinks had a nice pour. Patio is being repaired. Looks like it was almost finished. Still able to use the pool & cabanas ($50). Staff was nice. We got a late check out which helped with the morning drive. The room was clean. The balcony was nice tho it was hot AF outside.

This is not a Resort, at best a motel with a pool. The room/bathroom and the property were filthy and not maintained at all. Stay away.

No lo consideraría un resort. Es simplemente un hotel con una piscina. No hay entretenimiento, actividades ni instalaciones que justifiquen llamarlo resort. Me sentí decepcionada porque esperaba mucho más según la descripción.

Was excellent loved it nice pool, clean rooms, nice tiki bar food and drinks. Can’t wait for next year ❤️🐬🌊
