We usually stay on the beach We only stayed for one night. The hotel was pretty big. It was well maintained. The rooms were modern and clean and there was plenty of parking. There was a pool and spa.

Rooms were really clean, ice was easy to get to, plenty of parking.

The staff was very courteous and polite if you need something they were there to help you out the room was nicely ready and cleaned and the housekeeping was professional in there cleaning.

Free parking. Free wifi. Staff was friendly and resourceful. Free breakfast was surprisingly high quality Continental. Individual mini-split heating and AC very convenient. Highly recommended.

Considering the neighborhood, this property was clean, fresh and new looking. Unfortunately seagulls were prolific in the early mornings (0700) in and around the pool. It seems that there is no way to prevent this from happening, but it’s a bit disconcerting in several ways.

It was a comfortable overnight stop. Keith at front desk was excellent as well as the young man working with him. Best Western needs to straighten out the pet fee with Booking.com. NOTHING is mentioned about a pet fee on booking.com and it is no way to treat a guest to slap them with a $20 pet fee at check in and then say “it’s a booking.com problem”. Sorry but NO - it is Best Western’s responsibility to straighten this out with booking. com. I cannot believe your employees actually tell guests that “it is a Booking.com problem! The GM should be contacting the corporate office immediately and every time this happens plus the hotel should “eat” the charge. This is NOT a guest issue and to charge the unsuspecting guest at check in is NOT hospitality at its finest! If booking.com won’t correct the issue, it’s simple. DROP THEM!

Room was noisy next the main AC of the bldg. we couldn’t check in until 3 pm even though they had empty rooms. Breakfast was coffee and powdered eggbeater and bread. Pancake machine was out of order. Place is individually owned not by corporate. I would not stay here again.
