Wine Country Inn Palisade

The front desk staff were super friendly! The room was large ,clean and the bed was super comfortable. We were not there long enough to use the pool but it looked so refreshing

A beautiful string amidst the vineyards with a good view of the cliffs across the Interstate. But thankfully far enough from the highway that traffic noise was not an issue. The breakfast was excellent. And so was the restaurant for dinner.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful setting in an Orchard across from flattop mountains. Delicious free breakfast! Wonderful restaurant for elevated dining options. Wine tasting and afternoon glass of wine. Great outdoor pool/hot tub area. This hotel has it all. I would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was really nice. We were not able to take advantage of the amenities due to our schedule.

We made plans to come again this year & to stay here! The room was spacious, cozy & wonderful! Breakfast was delicious & plenty to choose from. I appreciated that it was a hot breakfast & made from scratch! The pool was relaxing and so nice to cool off in. I'm a sucker for a good pool! The staff was wonderful, and overall the stay was amazing. I was so sad to leave because I enjoyed my time at the hotel and in Palisade in general. I can't wait to come back!

The inn was nice and relatively peaceful. The breakfast was better than most free breakfasts. The grounds were nice and it was a great place for a one-night stopover. But we had a terrible experience at their supposedly high-end restaurant, where we were seated and given menus but no server came to our table for ~45 minutes (no drink orders or anything), despite us asking the host and other staff about it a few times after we had waited ~25 minutes ("someone will be right with you"). No apologies or typical customer service from the staff, while we were nice and friendly about it ("no problem, you must be busy...") Once a server finally came and took our order, it took literally almost another hour before our (cold) food was served. Perhaps they were having a bad day or there was some sort of chaos happening behind the scenes, but it was an almost comically terrible experience. Really put a damper on this inn that I wanted to like so much.

The room was clean. The staff was all friendly. Especially Adrianna. The breakfast was great! The vineyard was beautiful. The location is close to everything

We stayed two nights here. It was very nice. There is a pizza place not too far away and a winery. The amenities were great with the pool and the spa. It was a nice place.

Getting to the property itself was a nightmare. It is not well marked, and I was pretty tired having driven from Nevada. The front desk lady was lovely and very helpful. The hot tub had one working jet. Not ideal. The restaurant was taking 30 minutes to even get acknowledged. (I heard another guest say this, so we skipped). It was also overpriced for what they were serving, My son and I bought pizza at the local place which was in walking distance, and they gave us a free peach ice cream cone. (I highly recommend the pizza restaurant- although, again, a little overpriced. 40 dollars for a large pizza?) My biggest complain on this property is the older woman who was working the continental breakfast. She practically shoved me out of the way to refill the cup lids. I mean, she got physical. It was stupid. I understand that she probably doesn't deal with crowds like this often, but she should go train with Marriott where they teach you to treat the guests properly. Seriously, stop freaking out over cup lids. There were plenty.

This was such a delightful stay! My daughter and I had a weekend away and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The grounds are impeccable, there are views from every side, the grounds are covered in flowers and vineyards. We loved the pool area and wine reception as well as the breakfast. The only thing I will say is it isn’t a celiac friendly breakfast buffet, but any buffet wouldn’t be. This is hands down the best stay on the western slope! Do not skip this one!

We stayed for a wedding. The hotel was so convenient the staff was so nice and the rooms and grounds were well maintained.

The vineyard was very nice and its centrally located to palisade

Welcoming lobby and bar (try their port wine), comfortable and clean rooms, well maintained hot tub -- our favorite place to stay on the western slope
