The lady at the desk was nice when I told her about it. We did NOT stay for the second night and were refunded for the second night.

Disappointing

Freshly made bed, good showers, strong ac, well kept bed. The breakfast included is literally cinnamon crackers, honey, coffee or juice that’s it

The room

Excellent, helpful staff.There's a pool, snacks and coffee for breakfast. There's a decent laundry service. A standard room with some stains of unknown origin on the blanket and sofa, a dirty floor with someone's hair on it, and a smoky room. Even though it was a non-smoking room. There's a decent laundry service.

The place was very dated I had to change rooms x3 because of electrical issues and then rodents the last was ok it ac wasn’t that great it was ok for what I needed it for

I arrived later than anticipated, but Regina made check-in quick and smooth.

Convenient location. Room was relatively clean, but the hotel looked pretty rough. Breakfast sucked. The look of the hotel needed major upgrades. Breakfast should've been a little better than packaged muffins. Very disappointing.

It was cheaper than most in the area.The ladies at the desk were friendly. The online checking made things easy. The disrepair if everything, the fact that the toilet seat wasn't even attached, the fact that the "accessible" room had a bathtub that my husband couldn't step into. The whole place smelled like Marijuana and there were some very sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and on the sidewalk and stairs. I did not feel safe there.
