Great breakfast. Perfect for travelling through with a family

Just what I needed, a clean bed and bathroom. Breakfast was great, lots of offerings.

Spotless, lots of space for our family, friendly staff and breakfast included so great value. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location and all the amenities were on point, breakfast also was great.

There is hardly any parking. On top of that, they were doing remodeling or something- they were putting a new roof on. It would have been nice to of been notified of that BEFORE we booked instead of not knowing until checking in. They took ups so much parking for equipment & of course it made it a mess. Being on the expensive side for the weekend we booked, on top of paying for parking- I’d expect to not have to park across the street & walk so far to the hotel!

I would diffinantly stay here again. Very clean beautiful hotel, close to everything. The only problem is charging for parking one of the nights I had to park somewhere else and walk.

We arrived and checked in at 6:15 PM on a Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised that there was a social reception that included a light dinner with beer and wine which only happens on Wednesdays and ends at 6:30pm. Carmela who works there on Wednesdays at this reception was genuinely welcoming and friendly. The hot breakfast buffet items changed daily and were adequate to start our day. The room was spacious and clean. We even received a HANDWRITTEN welcome note from them. Now that’s impressive! If we were to visit Palm Beach Gardens again, I would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We also really appreciated being able to sign in to our own Netflix and Disney+ accounts on the TV, which made our stay feel more like home and provided great entertainment options. However, the beds and mattresses felt quite old and could use replacing. We also noticed that the chairs around the table had not been cleaned properly, as there were dried sauce stains on them when we arrived, so we had to wipe them down ourselves. A more thorough cleaning between guests and some updates to the furniture would greatly improve the overall experience.

Really lovely front desk staff, the breakfast was so good, I was really impressed that they used actual silverware, plates/ mugs. It was so nice to not have to use throw away/ plastic, it really elevated the experience. I highly recommend this stay and was so pleased with our visit.

Our room was clean, the pool was clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff at the front desk was very nice and professional. The only thing that I did not like, was that there is no housekeeping on holidays which the 4th of July fell on a Saturday, and they also said they have no housekeeping on Sundays either. The front desk had limited items for towels, tissue, etc. So, if you're traveling on the weekend or a holiday, be prepared for that.

I forgot my toothpaste and they wanted me to pay for a small toothpaste and breakfast was only open until 9:30.

Our bed frame was slouched in the middle on one side of our bed. I think the bed frame was broken on one side. The elevator had an electrical smoke smell & was not operable at one point. We turned on the ac to our room & an electrical smoke smell filled the room. We called the front desk & they sent up a housekeeper to look around our room. He said nothing & left. The water smells like ocean water. It was all around was not good.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the shower design was disappointing. The partial glass panel didn’t keep water inside the shower, and each shower left a large puddle across the bathroom floor. It seems like the shower could benefit from a full door or better water containment.

Front desk was helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Pool and pool area was clean. Breakfast was delicious.

We truly love this hotel. The hotel is located near a shopping plaza with a variety of restaurants to choose from and area was very calm and safe. The rooms in the hotel were very large and I enjoyed staying at a suite with my toddler and husband. We had a separate room for kitchenette/living room and another for the actual bedroom, it was amazing to continue watching TV after baby fell sleep in the room. The hotel was very clean and I enjoyed the hot breakfast and pool daily. Juno beach and Jupiter beach were within 8-10 mins driving, very convenient. Will be coming back again in the near future! recommended to families.
