We like the hotel because staff is friendly and it’s near everything highway, restaurants and the beach. This time bathroom wasn’t too clean, we found dirt and a lot of hairs. Luckily I always take disinfectant wipes. We found water to be slimy not sure if that’s normal at Palm Coast and we don’t recall our last visit if we experienced that. Not a big thing but non of the trash bins had any bags. Overall I would stay again hopefully bathroom is cleaner and water is not slimy.

The hotel was great. It was clean and staff was pleasant. The only minus was our accommodations were facing I-95, the highway noise was a little annoying.

Great location, really comfortable beds! Nothing

Hotel and rooms were clean. Only big issue I had was that I booked it online and it said the room accommodated 5 people. It definitely did not! There were no other rooms available and staff member had no suggestions. No cots were available on property to quick solve the issue. It was a real bummer and disappointing.

Corridors looked refurbished, clean and fresh smelling. Room however smelled like B.O. The carpet needs a shampoo. The A/C wasn't working as good as it should but it cooled the room ok. Bathroom was stocked with plenty of clean towels and lavender eucalyptus shower gel/shampoo/conditioner and lotion. There was only one USD charging port on the alarm clock. Coffee was fresh and breakfast was good. Overall it was a 2.75 hotel.

It was comfortable and well kept. It was dark when we arrived, so I didn’t get to really see the exterior. The interior was very nice. Breakfast was good. The only dislike I had was the shower floor. It was extremely slippery. I could tell it was slippery when I first started to put my foot down. I put my other foot down and held onto the grab bar and I still almost fell. I had to lay down a towel on the shower base in order not to slip and fall.

So easy to find from the freeway and easy parking. Checked in after midnight and was happy to find out that the check out time the next day was noon! Thank you and I’ll be back if I am ever in the area again.

Right off 95 so location worked Shower did not work!

Amenities were good. No hot water for showers on morning if check out.

Great breakfast!

Breakfast was great, many items to choose from. Bed was comfy & plenty of room. The pool had wasp nest everywhere however, the staff was amazing & got us wasp spray to spray under the umbrellas

Room smelled. Did not feel good sleeping in the room. Had to leave luggage in shower. We saw bugs in the room. Lightning was dark.

Staff was polite and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Pool water was cold. Hot tub was ok
