Worst experience! It being an honest business. Took $800 and didnt get my room. Had to get police involved to try to get my money back. It was horrible expeirence....

The price was reasonable compared to other facilities at that time, parking next to the motel (but that's common in Palm Springs), the WiFi was OK (after initial trouble we had), quiet location, the owner's son noticed that one of the tires of our rented car was loosing air and graciously pumped air The room/suite was by far smaller than what's described, the fridge very tiny, bed so so, the pool was dirty, there is no stuff to talk to (but by text messages)

We came to Palm Springs to enjoy the hot springs, but we were surprised that there was no jacuzzi, which we expected to see, and the water in the pool was too cold to get in. So I can't enjoy the hot springs at all. Those who are visiting, please take note of this.

the price, however clearly you get what (little) you pay for didn’t feel secure, cheap beds and furniture, stained sheets, hair in bathroom. lots of street noise & felt unsafe.

Location, not busy. Not kept up, or upgraded. Needs more permanent furniture.

Such a great retro style property with amazing owners! Super comfy and private like an air bnb. Loved the door locks with codes so no need to carry room keys. The pool was very nice and having a refrigerator was a nice add on. Parking was easy and there is a bus stop out front but also only a mile walk to downtown. The only complaint I have is the sun was so bright so I couldn’t sleep in. Wish they had better curtains or black out options so I could have relaxed longer.

Good value, lots of space in the room, very comfy, and the host is as very friendly and helpful. It was also super quiet - not sure anyone else was staying while I was. The a/c wasn’t the coldest, but honestly it wasn’t much of an issue - it was fine when I needed it at night.

Location, staff, pricing Facilities are a little dated—no usb ports in the rooms—but they are comfortable and functional, so this is a minor quibble
