ARRIVE Palm Springs - Adults Only

I went to celebrate my birthday as a solo trip and truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They providing updates on the hot water being temporarily shut off well in advance to ensure that their guests weren’t caught off guard with maintenance. Overall, I definitely recommend. I will definitely rebook! It was also really safe!

The hotel may look good in photos, but it fails at the most basic level of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. In the room we found blood stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and visibly dirty surfaces, as well as strange marks in several areas. There was also a piece of wood or stone between the mattress and the bench , which is completely unacceptable. In addition, there was a sharp metal object on the floor, which represented an obvious and completely unacceptable safety hazard in any hotel room. We saw several small insects (not ants) moving quickly across the floor, which was extremely unpleasant and created a very strong overall feeling of uncleanliness. The pool was cloudy with a greenish tint, which immediately made us not want to use it. The worst part was the staff’s attitude. The manager, Paul, came to the room minimizing the issues and not even taking the time to properly inspect it until I showed him photos. At that point, his attitude changed completely. Even so, he ended up justifying the situation by saying, “what do you expect if we are in the desert?”, which I found to be a completely unacceptable and unprofessional response. Overall, a very disappointing experience, truly unpleasant and difficult to recommend. We would never return.

Very nice hotel in Palm Springs. Just stayed 1 night, pool open till midnight and super warm. Room was spacious and clean.

Loved the room, the pool and the bar. Breakfast was sub par. Too bad, they hyped up the all day brunch but it wasnt good.

Amazing design! Outside zone with custom made siting zones.

Room wasn’t cleaned daily or every 2 days. Besides that the Resort was great.

Adults only! Loved it! Plan on going back!

I really enjoyed my stay at Arrive Palm Springs and already recommended it to others. Friendly staff, quick service, and a perfect place to get away and enjoy some R&R.

The Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had it was so incredible! Simple but perfect. The facilities are gorgeous! The pool is amazing and the hours are great!! Also… everything is really clean and aesthetic. Loved the coffee shop next door the iced americano was chefs kiss. And the cold brew slushie at arrive itself was phenomenal. The staff is great and it is such a good value. They also have super yummy food in each room that you can pay for. I really appreciated that. Arrive itself was great!! Really no complaints. It was so hot but not inside the hotel room. This doesn’t reflect on Arrive though Palm Springs in July just isn’t as awesome.

They were very shameful as I came in when they saw I had two dogs and we’re very keen to shame me into informing me they only allow one pet per room. I had 2- 4lb Chihuahuas.😑 Very pooor customer service, ended up down the road in a better part of town anyhow with a EXTREMELY welcoming and truly pet friendly place who charged ONLY 50$ for BOTH dogs and one time not every night- how refreshing and amazing is that. I’m in the process of trying to get a refund and not sure if they are avoiding this or what…definitely will report back on how this ends. To bad they aren’t very personable and good with customer service as this is the basis of their business, I will never attempt to stay here again as there are so many better options Thanks for nothing Arrive Nikki

If I had to provide any feedback (and truly- these are not at all dealbreakers), It would be extra awesome if there was at least one outlet in the room that had USB or USB-C for phone charging (again- not an issue at all really); And it's good to note that while the pool area is secure (you need a key card to get in), the units themselves are fairly exposed (note: probably not a good idea to leave swimsuits out to dry or anything of value outside of your door). BUT we also found the neighborhood to be extremely safe and the neighboring streets were very quiet. All in all, we will 1000% be coming back!!

My room had dust in the vents and no bar soap or hair conditioner. There was old food from the previous guests in the fridge as well.

Towels were not at pool after 7 pm. The bartender was super unfriendly kept the bar window closed at all times after 7 pm. He literally never came and interacted with you he just stared at you out the window like he was so bored. The rooms are super cool and clean
