Clothing optional , nice property, very relaxing. Price and the tv selection was strange to me.

Great place to stay in Palm Springs. I highly recommend !

The staff is excellent. The breakfast is wonderful. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this resort! We will be back.

The property is lovely: well landscaped and manicured outside in the pool area. There's a dry sauna, wet steamroom, heated swimming pool, hot tub and barbeque grill. Coffee is served in the morning, and some minimal breakfast. The bed and linens are comfortable. The manager is welcoming and friendly. Other guests seem friendly as well. The lighting in the room, although quite adequate, was all direct overhead and seemed harsh. I told the manager that some indirect or shaded lighting would be more pleasant. The air conditioning & heating unit, while working fine, was hard to adjust.

The manager texted me earlier the day of my arrival to confirm my arrival time. He greater me at the front gate and showed me to my room and around the property. There was a nice basket of snacks included. It was pretty quiet, but it was a Sunday in December. But that made the hot tub even more relaxing.

Will be back many more times

The location The room smelled like chemicals and I actually went out to buy air freshener. The shower had very weak water pressure and the drain backed up after one shower. The grounds are not kept up very well and the entire place needs a lot of work.

The breakfast was simple but lovely. Loved being able have it delivered to the room also. I would have liked it if the lights were on a nice dimmer system maybe?

Staff was very nice and the place was very clean

Location Pricey

property was very worn and outdated. The jacuzzi could do with a deep clean especially at the waterline. Had to wear shoes in the room at all time. Bedding flimsy and not the most pleasant. Our server David was amazing and we were sorry he wasn’t on shift when we left to leave a tip for him but apart from him then the place would fall apart. Maybe if other staff showed his enthusiasm while on site it would be a happier place. To end, the owners NEED to spend money on the property especially the rooms. same as above

very clean and quiet. nice diverse group of men from across the country. staff was friendly and responsive and genuinely cared, assuring that guests were comfortable. a little small, but that’s not really a huge turn-off for me.

The property is very lovely and well kept. I love that breakfast was delivered and always accurate. The staff was fantastic! The breakfast was continental, and I would love to see it be more European style with meats/cheeses, etc.
-
Best staff ever! It was absolutely perfect.
-
The breakfast was so wonderful, excellent service and awesome menu. This is not your expected continental breakfast. The price was a little high but everywhere is high right now. Could be $20-30 cheaper per night, but I was still overall very satisfied with my stay, experience, and staff!

Relaxing Koi pond with resident turtle. Enough lounge chairs for all staying. Individual chairs & tables outside each room. Which was perfect for morning breakfast & coffee. But there are also numerous large table areas set up. The sauna was closed due to covid restriction. There is an area with a shaded massage table that can be used & massage therapists can be ordered. The Breakfast (included) was simple but perfect to start the day & hold you over till later. Charles & the staff go above & beyond to make you feel like you are the only one staying at the resort ! I absolutely love that level of customer service . Room cleaning everyday with fresh bedding & towels . Very close to downtown. For me its an enjoyable brisk walk. But I have also taking Uber back to resort at night (very affordable) . The property is also close to hiking trails & groceries stores, stock up on snacks & drinks there is a mini refrigerator in each room! As I want to keep rambling on about my experience at the resort I think I touched all the reasons why this place is Great! Would recommend to all who want a chill environment and sweet getaway! I absolutely LOVED EVERYTHING! Not a bad thing to say ! Charles and his crew go Above & Beyond! The property was safe, clean, friendly, accessible, stocked, maintained, manicured & delightful!!!!

Everything is wonderful.

Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Was hoping more fruits on the menu, but was fine for what it was. Maybe cereals should have been added. Not much going on within. Was hoping for a weights or gym on premises. Steam room closed. Not much to do except the basics like pool. Overall it was fine.
