Hilton Garden Inn Palm Springs - Rancho Mirage

Spent 4th of July weekend here with the family and definitely recommend. Lots of space, clean and friendly staff.

I got two rooms …we have a great stay and the stuff is so nice however its just that one of the rooms couch is not comfortable because i guess its old and broken but we have a great stay

What I like about this hotel that is pet friendly, and it’s close by restaurants, casino, retail store. There staff at The Hilton Garden Inn Hotel at Rancho Mirage there staff are really friendly.

The room was clean. That is about the only positive thing I have to say about this place. The pool is in horrible shape. The suite we were in the AC wasn’t working in 105* weather. The only solution they offered was fans or 1 room that would not accompany the number of travelers we have. We asked for 2 rooms they said no because they were close to each other. We said we didn’t care if they were close he said he would go look at what he had. We never heard from him again. This place should not be under the Hilton name. It was awful. Avoid this place

We stayed 1 night and all was well. Staff was friendly & helpful. Great hotel in a nice location across the street from The River which has restaurants & shops.

It was a quiet and peaceful stay. Staff checked in with me to see it I needed anything and was having a good stay.

In that location it could not be found at night and the name was too unrecognizable.

Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Parking was amazing has a free ev charger for your car staff very helpful and friendly

The pool was absolutely horrible. We didnt even use it. Covered in dir and palm tree pieces. Furniture was disgusting and old. Pool towels were about 3ft long and old. Room was wonderful and so was the staff! Staff was PHENOMENAL!!

Our stay was amazing. We had a great view from our hotel room. We paid for breakfast and it was amazing and much better than eating outside of the hotel. The pool was nice and warm. We were able to walk to the mall. The location of the hotel made a difference. Everything was close by. Will be coming back soon!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Close enough to walk to restaurants nearby. Lovely hot tub, and pool (though pool needed to be skimmed/cleaned by the end of the day). Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The location was a little off the beaten path (I-10) traveling from Tucson but worth it. Staff was friendly. We stayed just 2 nights.

The location of the Hotel and the Staff were super good. The amenities and cleanliness of Hotel not so much. We arrived to the Hotel check in was easy we were greeted and the check in process was easy. On the way to our room the hallway carpet was so wrinkled and dirty needs to be repaired or changed. We walked in our room and it was not so clean the mattress did not fit the bed frame it made horrible noise when we sat on it. The bathroom smelled of urine and could have used a better clean. The room served its purpose which was to sleep and I guess it reflected the price which was reasonable. Needless to say the Hotel needs to be updated.
