Perfect amount of space, less hotel more apt/studio vibe which is what I was looking for. Will stay again.

The design is impeccable and our room was large and comfortable. There was dog poop right next to the hot tub. However, an employee picked it up about 45 minutes after I emailed the management.

Location and parking were great! The property has lovely curb appeal and is on a street with rather light traffic. It felt secure right away with the key-coded gate and visible cameras along the property line. The property was well-appointed overall and visually quite pretty. I wasn't really sure what to expect on the "hands-off but available" approach, but I LOVED IT!! Super peaceful and no fuss, and I received timely responses, so I knew we'd be good if we found we needed anything. Housekeeping was available and staff was on-site daily. They did a lovely job!! The room had all the odds and ends that you might need, including a variety of soft and hard beverages in the fridge. Bathroom, patio, and the bed were all highlights for me. The pool area was perfect--plenty of space, comfy lounge furniture, cleanliness, good navigability, sufficient shade. The other guests we happened to meet were friendly, but everyone gave each other space. We would have liked a TV in the bedroom, and thought the living room and patio furniture could've been more comfortable, but everything fit the design so well, so no real deal-breakers. We really enjoyed our stay and will be looking to return!

such a sweet little oasis! Aesthetically pleasing, loved all of the cacti on the property. The pool was a perfect temperature, and I also enjoyed the hot tub. The room itself was perfect, like a little Airbnb. honestly, no complaints.

Quiet and peaceful. Room was spacious. The shower and showerheads were not cleaned and had dirt inside them, and the soap smelled like major MOLD.

Boutique modern contemporary hotel conveniently located . Self service check in no attendant on duty.

Pleased with location and also the check in/out process worked real well. We only needed 1 night. The only complaint is the pool is small and there were a group of many young adults that stayed in the whole day we were there and were drinking quite a bit. We never got to use pool. The next morning there were beer cans all over the place. This is the only problem I can see about facility being staffless.

I loved everything about the Cacti. Everyone staying there was so friendly and it was quiet even with guests at the pool. I felt completely safe. Only stayed a couple days but will come again. I think I loved everything.

Such a nice hotel. Loved everything about it. Easy check in. Clean.

About 3 miles away is the Wellness Park, which was perfect for Lincolns morning and evening walks. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Quite Nothing

The room and the grounds are immaculately curated and the vibe is so laid back. We had a wonderful weekend and will stay here again. Thank you!

We celebrated our dog’s 10th birthday and had a lovely one night stay at The Cactai! The room was spacious and comfortable. Check in and out was smooth. Monty was super helpful and responsive. Will be staying here the next time we return to Palm Springs!

Parking and facility was clean

This was a last minute decision to stay an extra night in Palm Springs after a work conference at a nearby hotel (fully booked for the weekend). A quick online search helped us find this spot and the price was right. Check-in was all done online and there's no one (on staff) to greet you when you arrive, which I was totally fine with. The room was surprisingly spacious with a full sitting room, kitchen area and a king size bed. There was a separate rear door with an outdoor table and a relief area for our dog. The bathroom was very clean and updated with a spiffy mirror that lit from behind. The pool was nice and the other guests were friendly and respectful. The cleaning crew came mid-morning and they were very friendly. If you're a no-fuss traveler and no frills traveler, I would recommend this place. I'll definitely be back!

Loved my stay. Was a windy chilly night but, the pool was heated and the jacuzzi was nice and hot. The room was clean, fancy new toilets, mini kitchen with dish ware and cutlery, a coffee maker with good coffee and name brand creamer, the bed was plush and the bedding was nice. Perfect location away from traffic. Will be coming back.
