The room was clean met expectations. Front desk staff still learning issues but was very pleasant worked as efficient as possible to get you checked in and did like floor option to pick to stay.

Would rather stay here 20mins away from the beach, than the hotels on the beach

Enjoyed my stay for the 4th of July. The room was clean and there was no weird smell. I did go down in the middle of the night for snacks and the staff spoke when I passed so everyone was polite. Would definitely come back

My husband and I loved this hotel. The staff was nice and hotel room very clean and welcoming. Loved the fact that the hotel is 1.4 miles from the airport. We will definitely stay again when we visit Panama City Florida again.

The facility was spotless and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only a 5 minute drive from the airport, which made departure smooth and easy.

Good in the restaurant was excellent! Our room smelled like mildew. Our son’s families room was fine. So our room was apparently an isolated incident. We did report it to staff at checkout Overall property was in excellent condition

When trying to check were told they had given our room away and only had a king bed for three of us. Desk help was rude. Were very disappointed in this hilton.
