Also check everything when checking into 1702. The company does not enforce cleaning standards and we had to clean everything before we could use it. The property is in need of a major overhaul

The view was nice and the location was good you could walk to just about anything you needed. First the instructions for checking in were very unclear the man at the entrance just waved us through we couldn’t find a parking spot that wasn’t reserved until the 11th floor and then the front counter said it was human less. So I figured the parking pass I paid an extra 81 dollars for and the information would be inside the room after driving all the way up I left my husband with the car and went to check to find nothing no instructions no pass. We ended up driving all the way back down after texting the homeowners association asking about parking and then trying to get my credit card numbers and threatening to shut room key pad numbers down. We were very frustrated and tired left the property and turned around to come back to the entrance where the man still tried to wave us through and my husband just stopped and said how do we get our parking pass and he so oh you haven’t checked in. No you waved us through with no instructions. So he finally checked us in it was a little over an hour of an ordeal. As for room was extremely dirty there was still eggs dried up and stuck to the spoons on the counter the sink was leaking and a pan was placed to catch the water the fire extinguisher expires this month just fyi. The bathroom mirror had not been cleaned there was toothpaste all over it the tubs and toilets were fine but every piece of furniture had some kind of strange stain on it. Im not sure what was going on with the mirrors throughout the unit none of them were actually hanging on the wall one was in the closet on the floor the other large mirror just leaning against the wall in the bedroom. I do understand these are rentals and everything can’t be super clean but I think a walk through by an owner or management would do this unit some good. The large bed in the one room was very firm we left early it was so uncomfortable the pull out couch had no fitted sheet.

The views !! I think the hallways could use a do over

I loved the location and the pool area was awesome. I only left one time and that was to get groceries. I do love to sightsee but this time I had everything I needed. And was content where I was. We had some issues at first. But they were resolved.

We liked that it was beachfront, pool, and hot tub were great. This unit specifically is very convenient from parking to getting to the unit. The disposal in the sink did not work, the tv and ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work. The carpet needs replacing, dirty and stained. The curtains were off track, and we found remnants of the previous visitors which shows lazy cleaning. This unit needs a good updating for it to be worth what we paid for it in peak season

Room was a dump and overpriced for what you got. The refrigerator sounds like a generator when it's running, the fan makes a noise that sounds like an animal chewing on a grocery sack, the a/c unit has about 4 different sounds all together and the washer and dryer sound like a jack hammer outside the door in the hallway... also it was a disaster checking in because they had the room under the wrong name taylor smithy..... so all that said a definite no I won't be coming back here I got no real rest on my vacation.....

Upon arrival we noticed the parking was terrible, very tight signage wasn’t great to figure out where you were supposed to park. The elevators were down the first day which made doing anything nearly impossible unless you wanted to tackle 16 flights of stairs. Upon entry noticed juice boxes were left on the balcony and the tables were filthy. The light in the bedroom with twin bunk beds was hanging from the ceiling to which my husband fixed. After showering the bar on towel rack in master fell off to which we fixed but couldn’t use due to brackets being loose from the wall. Used the dishwasher on the second day and it started leaking out the front because it wasn’t draining. We cleaned up the mess but then messaged the company due to the issues and they stated “they’d put in a work order” so it wasn’t fixed during our stay. They stated they’d also address the cleanliness, never discussed the other items pointed out. On the 3rd day of our stay went to the pool to be told it was closed for repairs for the whole day and the next day. We opted to just pack up and come home due to every single day experiencing some sort of issue on our supposed vacation.

Beautiful views We had an issue with stained sheets but issue was handled quickly and efficiently once staff was informed.

The property is beautiful, clean.

The parking deck could been little bigger

The price for the amount of time we stayed Parking was limited to one of our cars, had park the other vehicle a-mile down the road and price was too high for just that one car on top of having to pay the same price for public parking for the other car. The place was not clean , trash was left under furniture, carpet needed a good steam clean, beds were not comfortable and outdated. Kitchen granite around the kitchen sink was broken so we had to watch where we put our hands. Ice machine didn’t work.

Everything about this place is always a 10! Loved everything!

Had issues with lights beds were not comfortable would not rent this room regardless of price to be short overall bad experience with room and i always stay at shores of panama

Everything Everything was amazing

I have always loved this property. We have stayed here for the past 12 years. The room that we had was an absolute disaster. It was disgusting, there was apparently sewage trapped in P traps which caused gases to be in our room. Attempted multiple times to have this resolved. It was never resolved, and I have yet to receive any compensation.

The condo was perfect. I loved the balcony view. The pool is amazing with on site bar and restaurant. The parking garage is horrible. We parked on the 12th floor and having to go down and up that parking garage was such a pain.

Great stay, great view, great staff To many people smoking marijuana all over first full day was great then some families came in next door, below us and above us and we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because it had to stay closed due to the horrible smell also could smell walking out of our condo door the rest of the stay. People were walking around the pool area smoking marijuana and smelling like it as well. Drugs should be zero tolerance when the majority of you stays are family based with small children and elderly!
