Shores of Panama III by Resort Collection

Room was a dump and overpriced for what you got. The refrigerator sounds like a generator when it's running, the fan makes a noise that sounds like an animal chewing on a grocery sack, the a/c unit has about 4 different sounds all together and the washer and dryer sound like a jack hammer outside the door in the hallway... also it was a disaster checking in because they had the room under the wrong name taylor smithy..... so all that said a definite no I won't be coming back here I got no real rest on my vacation.....

Upon arrival we noticed the parking was terrible, very tight signage wasn’t great to figure out where you were supposed to park. The elevators were down the first day which made doing anything nearly impossible unless you wanted to tackle 16 flights of stairs. Upon entry noticed juice boxes were left on the balcony and the tables were filthy. The light in the bedroom with twin bunk beds was hanging from the ceiling to which my husband fixed. After showering the bar on towel rack in master fell off to which we fixed but couldn’t use due to brackets being loose from the wall. Used the dishwasher on the second day and it started leaking out the front because it wasn’t draining. We cleaned up the mess but then messaged the company due to the issues and they stated “they’d put in a work order” so it wasn’t fixed during our stay. They stated they’d also address the cleanliness, never discussed the other items pointed out. On the 3rd day of our stay went to the pool to be told it was closed for repairs for the whole day and the next day. We opted to just pack up and come home due to every single day experiencing some sort of issue on our supposed vacation.

The property is beautiful, clean.

The parking deck could been little bigger

The price for the amount of time we stayed Parking was limited to one of our cars, had park the other vehicle a-mile down the road and price was too high for just that one car on top of having to pay the same price for public parking for the other car. The place was not clean , trash was left under furniture, carpet needed a good steam clean, beds were not comfortable and outdated. Kitchen granite around the kitchen sink was broken so we had to watch where we put our hands. Ice machine didn’t work.

Everything about this place is always a 10! Loved everything!

Had issues with lights beds were not comfortable would not rent this room regardless of price to be short overall bad experience with room and i always stay at shores of panama

Everything Everything was amazing

I have always loved this property. We have stayed here for the past 12 years. The room that we had was an absolute disaster. It was disgusting, there was apparently sewage trapped in P traps which caused gases to be in our room. Attempted multiple times to have this resolved. It was never resolved, and I have yet to receive any compensation.

The condo was perfect. I loved the balcony view. The pool is amazing with on site bar and restaurant. The parking garage is horrible. We parked on the 12th floor and having to go down and up that parking garage was such a pain.

Great stay, great view, great staff To many people smoking marijuana all over first full day was great then some families came in next door, below us and above us and we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because it had to stay closed due to the horrible smell also could smell walking out of our condo door the rest of the stay. People were walking around the pool area smoking marijuana and smelling like it as well. Drugs should be zero tolerance when the majority of you stays are family based with small children and elderly!

Loved the pool!

They have all the pots, pans, utensils, spatulas, coffee maker, and few board games, alot of extra pillows, TV in each room. It was good, we went with family was very nice! And they answer on email very nicely We like, good?

Clean room. No one ever came to adjust the air after they said they would. U had to have a pin. It's was on 75 and hot all weekend. I don't have any complaints about the owner or the room. Jus th people that was responsible for fixing it.

Nothing Room was very dirty and AC sucked

We liked that it was right on the beach. The pool was broke for an entire day, it had bugs, the location was terrible because traffic, wristbands never worked at entrance.

The evacuation alarm went off at 12:30 am and we evacuated from the 15th floor for a false alarm .

The fan in the master bedroom does not work. The area of the wall near the stand up shower appears dirty or moldy. I swept one night, and there was not a dust pan to get up the debris. Also, one of the cabinets (the cabinet where the plates are) has a broken off connector so it is hanging on by one. It is stressful if you need something from this cabinet because of the fear of it falling. I would not recommend this property specifically, but I would rent from Southern Vacation Properties again. The company was pleasant to interact with. The elevator situation at Shores of Panama is a nightmare as I read in the reviews prior to staying here. I don’t think the actual impact of the elevators is understood until it is experienced. The parking situation is a hassle, although it is nice having a reserved space. There is no quick trip because it will take 10 minutes minimum to get in or out of the parking garage I was unimpressed at the cleanliness. Honestly, if this were a business I contracted with to clean, I would look for alternative options. The bedside table was covered with pennies when we arrived. The floor felt icky to my bare feet. There were no washcloths in the unit; there were bath towels, two floor mats, and hand towels. There was something slimy in the stand up shower I removed.
