Beautiful & iconic hotel with very nice service. We had a luxury room that was spacious & lovely - but the deck & hot tub were not super clean. Windows looking out to really nice views were quite dirty. So an exceptional property and experience overall, but at the high price point, expectations were met but not exceeded.

We had a wonderful two night stay. Staff were friendly and attentive and our room was perfect. The pool, restaurant and relaxing dining areas were all great, clean, great service and fantastic food.

Room view, room service, and size/function of the room we stayed in. Our room had no Air Conditioning, so it was hot throughout the night, even after calling for maintenance to come take a look at it.

The room was amazing! Perfect getaway. The brunch was amazing. The only thing that was negative was the fireplace in the bedroom did not light and parking is expensive. No option to self park.

We loved the laid back European lodge feel. Everyone was so nice and accommodating from the front desk, through the restaurant staff, ski rentals, concierge. We visited a few other resorts in the area but were always happy to come back to our lodge. Beautiful views!0

Great location and definitely ski in and out. Room was spacious but location of the room wasn’t ideal. It looked out on the front entrance and valet area. Also noisy when people were in the hall. Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest. The rest of the staff was great. Recommend the Sunday brunch, just make sure you aren’t seated next to a door.

Perfect location on the slopes. Buffet breakfast was the absolute best i have ever seen. The showers and tub in the room were a spa-like experience. Fantastic staff

Staff were fabulous. Our room was in the basement with no sunlight, only a small window on the public stairwell.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed! The food is incredible, the staff is friendly, helpful and very welcoming, the amenities are fabulous, and the breakfast (especially the eggs Benedict’s) is phenomenal. The location is great you can ski from the lodge to the lift and Main Street is only a few minutes away. The rooms are very nice, and they offer 24/7 room service. If ever deciding about where to stay in Park City, choose the Stein Eriksen!! You will not be disappointed!

Amazing hotel, great location, great restaurants and service was absolutely 5-star. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are huge for a hotel. Will be back. Champions club for the kids was a huge hit though it’s weird they close the kitchen down at 8pm. Too early for teenagers.
