All staff A+ Brandon in the locker room amazing. Cory in the ski shop incredibly helpful. Paul the bellman so efficient and on top of things. Room was well laid out with plenty of storage space. Very clean and shiny.

Me and my wife stayed for our first night after our wedding and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The facility, the staff, the process, and the food were all far nor exceptional than we could have ever asked for. Not a single thing

Ski in and ski out opened up mid way during our stay. Service was incredible and breakfast was delicious.

The view from the pool area! The residences, Stein Erickson, Do not have any aesthetic or nuance. It’s like a glorified holiday Inn at the airport. That being said, the staff is beyond accommodating!!! However, I found that no room service and having to take a shuttle to the spa at Steins Lodge very inconvenient. Will be staying at Stein‘s Lodge in the future.

The property is spectacular! Well designed for luxury as well as intimacy. But for us, the true standout was the staff. Friendly, attentive, always asking what more they can do. Rarely do you get to know all of them on a first name basis. Top flight service!

The furniture. a/c did not work. it was 90 degrees plus outside and the lowest they could get the a/c was 75 degrees. At 800 dollars a night I sure did expect a room with A/C. They did not give me another room. instead they brought in a large floor cooler that made so much noise leaked water all over the carpet. I had to turn it off.

Wonderful weekend-getaway stay. Concierge service is top-notch. Hotel and pool have incredible views of the valley.

it is located in a beautiful setting, it’s clean and quiet. It was further away from other activities at Chateau and Stein Eriksen Lodge. Definitely not within walking distance unless you plan on a short hike.
