Feet got dirty walking to the shower, socks got dirty after the shower. Floors need cleaned

We stayed at this location a couple of years ago. They going thru a definite upgrade and it is almost there, but still needs some attention to detail.

One suggestion would be to provide poop bags for pets.

I believe this hotel must be going through renovations. How else can you explain open electrical boxes and door signs taped to the doors. The hotel bathroom sink slowly drained and the shower doors didn't close. Cold water for about two minutes. I used two towels to sop up the water outside the shower, since a shower mat was not provided. No soap in the shower. One small soap at the sink. Only two trash bins. Lighting near bed was terrible. Had to move a floor lamp for good illumination.

The staff was very friendly and the room was amazing. Very clean and refreshing. We will definitely be returning.

Like this hotel because you can get Jacuzzi all night long in the pool and the kids are allowed after night other than that for some reason it just feels dingy is not as clean as it used to be. I’ve stayed here many times all in all that is out to a pretty nice place. And the breakfast is amazing the best breakfast I’ve ever.

Front desk guy was very kind. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, a lot of varieties of food and drink. Our room was clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would come back to stay again.

Great stay.

Rooms have been remodeled by a do it yourself company. No professional installs. Vinyl floor already has gaps. The outside looks like it is closed. Not the worse but not the best. Area out back had beer bottles and caps on the ground. Staff was friendly and no issues there.

Breakfast was good. They are a little stingy with the bath towels but over all my stay was good.

We got the king with separate sitting area. Room was big but smelled musty. TV was satellite and reception only worked about 20 percent of the time. The rest of the time it was either froze or pixalated. Breakfast consusted of scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and various cereal. It was decent but pancake maker was broke. They had work going on at the hotel and I think the workers were sleeping in their trucks in the parking lot at night bc every night there was a group of them (10 to 12) sitting in the grassy area at the side of the hotel being extremely loud and having a little party with the stench of marijuana. The pool and hit tub was nice but dont think a 24 hr pool is good for the kiddos bc adults only after 10. No kids even if accompanied by a parent. I will not stay there again and woukd not recommend

Room and floor smelled like cigarettes

The bathroom was not very clean. There was no soap at all for handwashing. no wheels on what looked to be a rolling chair.

Arrived late and staff was very friendly. Will stay there again when in town. Room was amazing.

It was nice and quiet they fix are bathroom it was haven problem with are bath tub we got nice and big room

The pool and hot tube was great. The staff were very friendly. The pool area could have been cleaner and the chemicals in pool were extremely high.

I would have given at least a good rating were it not for the fact that our room was on a floor that was being renovated. The hallway was a complete mess and the smell of plaster was rather unpleasant. The room itself was fine but the hotel should have closed that floor for use while the renovation was being done.

I stay here 2-6 nights every month and have been generally happy. There was construction going on so I understand some of the mess. Howver, my bathroom wasnt the cleanist and there were a couple of filthy rags left in the shower. Pretty disgusting.
