all was excellent during our stay,

Perfect place for the perfect price

Clean room, breakfast was the every morning,

We don't have hot water on Sunday morning..

The hotel had a bad odor near the elevator. The pool was closed, it had a sign but staff did not advise at check it. There wa no hot water in the shower. Internet was not working with the TV.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel.

They didn't return the deposit; their excuse was that the towels or sheets had stains—even though they didn't—after just a one-night stay.

Location was sketchy. And I was on the third floor and woke up to a broken elevator, and had brought all of my stuff from the truck into the room because of the sketchy location.

Had to remove the lid from the toilet several times to get the toilet to fill with water. Hotel smells like garlic and curry throughout. Seemed like the owners possibly live on site, kids running in and out of rooms, down hallways, all while using their outside voices. I would be failing you if I didn’t mention the small brown insects spotted in the bathroom that were free with the stay. The free breakfast was eggs, bread and yogurt. If you have a need to stay in this specific area of Pasadena do yourself a favor and get a room off the Beltway. The hotels were much nicer in that area.

Liked it pretty clean and nice just didn’t like that they charged me a fee for checking out late

The stay for 2 nights was great. The room smelled a little wet like mildew but outside of that the room was advertised and served us well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
