They paid great attention to detail. From wiping the touch screen for payments to hand sanitizer through out the property. My room was clean, comfortable, and affordable. I would def recommend.

We booked the very last room. We were supposed to get a king suite and instead got a double queen room. Due to every hotel being sold out the prices were outrageous. Almost $325 after taxes for a regular double queen room on a Wednesday night. Hotel room was average for Holiday inn. Definitely not $325 average. Overall I feel we should have been refunded or told before entering the room that it was not what we booked and therefore had the option to go somewhere else. Even though the Tri-Cities were almost all booked out we would have been willing to drive to get somewhere else for the night.
